Its in the settings for the app. Inside the ap, hit the capacitive menu button and go to settings... Its either under MMS settings or "important". I believe its the last option. Make sure at the top you are in advanved settings though.

I know exactly the problem you're having because I have the same issue. I normally restart my device but sometimes even that can be hit or miss. I think you may have to contact the GO development team on that issue not your service provider.
LG Thrill 3D
Ok sent their development an email, told them my problem, lets see what happens

Got the invite but have a few questions before I fire away. I set up a google voice # because I was moving across the country and wanted a local# so prospective employers would think I was already local. I have since moved and have my phone set to make all calls from that#. I don't need my sprint# anymore but don't want to give it up for no good reason. What are the benefits to turning the service on? I already use it for all calls and voicemail.what does this service offer that I can't do without it? Thanks.

Some thoughts here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1050442.
According to that there seems to be no real benefit for me at all. Honestly I am wondering what the real point of this is. Sprint said we would be able to receive calls on our computers, how does that work? If just from gmail that is how it is now and it sucks.
Sent from my HERO200 using XDA Premium App
The benefit is that sprint will no longer have to support vvm. This isn't really the game changer you would think.
~maybe I set it too high...
Someone that is using it should use the feedback form to request a program to make and receive calls on the computer separate from gmail. That is the only feature of this I would want. Not willing to sign up without it.

Still looking for help on this
Sent from my DROID BIONIC using xda app-developers app
As a fellow junior member, there will most likely be no help until you learn how to ask for help.
I'm not trying to be rude. I'm trying to be helpful.
READ,READ,READ
Um ok, but that doesnt help. Not trying to be rude but you could have at least pointed me in the right direction to learn "how to ask". As for those who ran across this with the same issue while i still havnt found a fix there is an app called pinger unfortunately you have to use a separate number but it does allow you to text normally so long as you have internet via phone network or wifi

On a side note if this forum is going to act like an apple forum where its exclusive and you cant get help unless you do things just right its going to turn a lot of people away. There's a reason we all chose android, because we didn't want to be part of a community that thinks its better just because it doed things a certain way. We like the freedom of being unique not part of the iclone group. I asked for help in the best way i knew how even waiting every 24 hours to post again even though the wait was killing me. Then the response i received rang in deafening tones just how "cool" you have to be to receive any help. You know "not trying to be rude"

I'm trying to bypass at&t block on tethering apps in order to use my plan with my tablet as well. I rooted my phone, but every app i downloaded appears to be blocked from accessing my phone connection by at&t (they charge separately for that "honor").
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Ivan

If you want to use stock ROM, there's a WiFi tether fix in the AT&T Development forum.

Both posts found in the AT&T One Development forum. Both on first page and one thread apart. Seems to me like you didn't really bother looking or using the search function. Took me less than two minutes to find the threads and post this reply.
Most others will tell you to search on your own, so you might want to get familiar with using the forum and it's capabilities.

Is there anyone that else having issues beaming apps or webpages to other devices via NFC after updating to 4.4.2? I get a transfer error message that says unable to transfer URL via NFC. Sprint and HTC have both said they haven't heard of any known issues... Until I updated the store demo HTC one and showed the repair technician. I guess I'm trying to find out if these are isolated incidents or something that will be a known issue.

Having the same issue here, though I did not test NFC before the 4.4.2 update. I can receive URLs but I can't send them. Sending pictures and videos works though. Running stock Vodafone branded HTC One

It worked on 4.3. On the store demo phone, we had tested it to make sure it worked before the update and verified that it stopped working after. The Sprint tech said he had submitted a trouble ticket. I also reported it to HTC and they are "going to call" me back in 3-5 days. Just curious as to how long before they fix it.

I'll let you know when mine gets fixed as well. Also, do you have any problems with audio in Skype? Just noticed I can't hear anyone since the update, but they can hear me... weird
I tested Skype. Seems ok to me. Then again I had uninstalled it and reinstalled it for something else prior to you saying something about it. Another thing I noticed with this update is that the 4G icon will disappear while on a call. I can still use data while on the call. It's just that before it let me know data was available. Now it was making me think that doing both wasn't an option anymore.

Turns out the Skype thing was because of the other device. As far as I can see, this update brought us only bad things. NFC not fully working, battery life sucks compared to 4.3... Only improvements are easy change of SMS default app and some visual improvements. I want my battery life back!
I don't have a Sprint HTC One, but after the upgrade to kit kat, NFC isn't working for me.

Who's your carrier? I have an open dialogue with one of their special projects tier 3 department members. Any additional info you can provide would be appreciated.

Does it give you an error message or just doesn't work? I'm assuming you have the NFC toggle set to on, right? Can you provide any specific details? Like does it make the sound effect at all? Any indication that it is at least trying to work?

It gives me an error message, NFC is on, and it works because it shows the error message when I touch both phones. It's very laggy, look at my thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2660552
I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm a total newbe with a serious problem..
Someone called from number +972542241849
So i answered this number but noone talked so i hang up
I tried calling throughout the day from different phones and it says the costumer cant accept my calls
It was showing on my call logs
A few hours later I had another look
on my call logs and no calls from or to this number showing
I wrote it down and also saved it to my phone
So i started texting it...
Closed the texting window and reopen and no texting shows
None
So I texted several more time thretning messages
And now it shows messages records but no call record even if im calling it immedietly vanish from my call logs
Could anyone explain me what does that means.....?
This particular incident is just one of many other signs that I'm having a constant problem in many different variations.
Thank you in advance! ??

Haha, it's not that people don't want to help, they don't know what to say.
Here, it could be a wrong number, I've had that happen to me before and I hung up. I haven't noticed with the call logs though. Are they on your device or carrier?
Sent from my HTC_0P6B using Tapatalk
Firstly, thank you for bothering to reply... I have had this problem for a long time in many different variations. It was not just the call logs its also text messages. No it is not a wrong number... At first i would send texts too and there was record, but less the half an hour later they were not there anymore. Strange! I cant determine if its on my device or my carrier. How could I ?? I understand that
S-OFF will give me some security..? As far as all my internet accounts and emails, i do not have privacy what so ever and i got use to that, but on my phone, how could existing call logs and text messages vanish without me deleting it?
I am fully aware of the reason and know its happening. This is the main reason for me to join XDA in the first place, to try and learn how I could trace the source and prevent some what the dammage.

Welcome to xda. Bumping your post in 3 hours is considered pretty rude, 24 hours is more appropriate. If people know the answer they will reply, this site is not for you to demand guaranteed free tech support. Have some patience.
I don't think you've been hacked and s-off does not increase security.
Well there is always the first time in which you learn. Not familiar with this time rulles. I know either my device or through my carrier is being hacked.
