This ROM aims to be really fast and stable, that is the reason it is mostly plain AOSP and not going to be the ROM with the largest Feature List .
There are some additional Features (see below) and several performance and battery life tweaks implemented in the ROM.

One quick Bug before I'm going to sleep (Europe time)
You should change the Build Prop the Android Version is still Blandroid 2.3.4p0
But as an quick response to upcoming users, I think here was made a clean Job so happy flashing

First welcome and thank you for sharing the rom
Installed few hours ago ,and everything went perfect.Still no issues,reflashed it with netarchy's kernel and I'm so satisfied with this one. Thanks again

So is this confirmed with this ROM? I'm having current issues with CM7 so contemplating flashing back to stock-ish ROM. This one looks pretty promising as it'd be nice to have 2.3.4 but still have some extras . But does the video chat not work on here even with updated gapps? What if you start the call in silent? Thanks! Glad to see yet another developer here!

I will have a look on the gtalk video today. I don't use it so I haven't testet it.

definitly not. i am using launcher pro since i have the nexus s and had never any FC's or frezzes.

Because it is based on AOSP, there's no source code for 4.0.4 yet.
The latest source code available is 4.0.3.
Anything 4.0.4 is based on the ported version of the leaked ROM for NS 4G.

3. Flash kernel via fastboot by typing: fastboot flash boot boot.img

-Status bar is blue colour and status icon is white, can't see how many battery left.

Supports overclock atm but not undervolting but im sure that this will be implemented soon, CM9 kernel for now afterall

Good Work! sorry for my english, the rom its amazing, so fast, so clean and smooth, but i have a problem, when I insert the pin, a new window appears asking about a 'Unlock Code' i had unlocked bootloader... i select discard and the phone works, but its possible to fix that window??
Also google Play seems not to work, i rebooted and also dont work Play, open and close.

Ill try and replicate the problem, and did you flash the gapps? The Market should work after that

No, going now to flash Gapps, i did not see it when I downloaded Kernel & Rom, it's possible see this rom in NEO V??

yes i think that its MIUI style... flashed gapps and now i have market but i cant download nothing, im waiting while it update to PLAY to try again
EDIT: Making a hotfix?? How it works, what is the real color of the status bar??
EDIT 2: Market app cache cleaned and now it download everything
Only fail the unlock carrier code when it starts and the status bar for now, good work ^^

Steps to flash codebox.-
1. Go into recover mode (duh )
2. Wipe data and dalvik cache.
3. Flash the codebox.zip that you downloaded.
4. Also flash the gapps if you have them. If you dont download them .
5. Wipe dalvik cache again and reboot
HOW TO USE THE TORCH FROM LOCKSCREEN-
On top its the google, left is camera, right is lock, and bottom is our TORCH
To switch on/off the torch JUST SLIDE THE SELECTOR DOWNWARDS!
