Hi.
Am curious whether can this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1227479 apply to galaxy note?
If anyone can create it for galaxy note, then it will be awesome. No more lags after pressing the home button.
Btw, i was a galaxy s2 owner and i applied it before and it was awesome. Now i'm using galaxy note.
Sorry for my english. Thanks!
Can't help you with your question but I did just want to say, don't apologise for your English, it's very good and much better than reading all that 'text speak' you see all over the web now!
Thanks. Anyway, just how any kind developer will try work on it for galaxy note

Hi,
I own a Galaxy Note, a S2 and a Galaxy Tab 8.9 and i have same applications on 3 devices.
My question is:
Why some applications (pulse for example) are the same in Note and S2 and different in Tab? The Tab has same resolution of Note!
Pulse and Gmail for me are better on tab and i'd like to see in same mode on Note
I hope you understand what i mean, my english is a little approximate
Nobody can help me or you can't understand what i mean? (due to my poor english)
I imagine your tab is running honeycomb. The other two will be on gingerbread.
Your English is very good.
Yes, it's an OS issue. Some software developers have chosen to make the interface different for Honeycomb and Gingerbread. I have the Note and a Galaxy Tab 10.1. My partner has the S2 and a Galaxy Tab 8.9. The tablets (which run Honeycomb) are different from the phones, in some respects. Ice Cream Sandwich should help unify that.
I have been using Galaxy Note for few months and I also just acquired the Galaxy S3.
My personal Choice S3 it run so much better supper fast and super smooth.
I change my phone more often than my socks I moved to note from Galaxy S2
My note is going is going for recycling.
Why don't you go here and tell them all about it instead of cluttering the XDA?
Sv: I hope this help somone
Thank you! It helps me to ignore you

Not sure if anybody agrees with me. I was thinking the possibility to port Note 8.0 OS to Galaxy Tab 7.7.
I feel that the note 8.0 buttons and text are bigger than galaxy tab 7.7 which have small text that sometimes uncomfortable for my eyes, old eyes maybe
No doubt Note 8.0 has better processor, but tab 7.7 excel in graphics and I still love my tab 7.7 and I feel it's still not worth to dump my tab 7.7 for note 8.0
Anybody has better view on this?

I did follow your advise to install the ROM and I really like it! With bigger text and bigger buttons, indeed it looks like note 8.0 and very comfortable to use. Thanks!

Hello guys, wanted to ask the developers here, there is a possible way to convert the fingerprint of the galaxy s5 to be touch-based and not swipe-based, I mean like the galaxy S6 has?
If it's not possible for any reason, I'd love to get an explanation why (maybe the scanner itself physically not suit for touch only)
thanks in advance, and sorry for my horrible English
hardware is for swype not touch, only if you change your scanner LOL
