[Q] backup help

hi friends...i hav a lg optimus black non rooted...my prob is that when ever i upgraded the version i shld make a factory reset so all my apps are lost..i have to install them again after searching a lot,..i tried app backup and install app but purpose in not fully served..so plz tell me how to do the backup or suggest any good app..
coz monday i need to upgrade my LG OB for v20g of 2.3.4 GB

no its asking for root..i said mine is non rooted OB

Oh unrooted?
You could try to copy all the apps you've installed from /data/apps
But you have to install them again one by one

How to remove stock / pre installed apps from LG p990

I was searching fir these apps especially Facebook n my space in titanium backup to uninstall but nit found there. Can anyone help me to Do so.

It is called SNS or something like that. It includes both FB and Twitter and maybe something else too(my space i think)

They are in Titanium (root is needed). Freeze is better then uninstall, you can experiment what to remove and easily return back. And there is somewhere a list of apps which are safe to remove, search for it. Of course, you can remove all of unwanted apps from the rom before flashing it.

open TB and find the back up/restore tab..
select the app you wish to back up and press back up..

You can also use carbon app for backup. I like it very much as it allows us to backup all data with app in a single click and takes a single click only to restore.
So after installing rom, just select all apps for restore and click restore. It will install all the apps one by one by itself and wont ask for every single app to install seperately!!

without root on your mobile :good:

TB will be the best option. With pro you can also backup to Dropbox or Google Drive services

rom toolbox.... it will do what you need. remember backup first in case you delete something important...

Using titanium backup is quite simple once u know what you r doing with it..just go to youtube and search for titanium backup ..u shud be able to pick up the steps from thr...

open titanium backup and go to backup/restore tab which is just next to overview (default view) select the app and click uninstall and press ok on all the warnings. only remove bloatware and not any system app or file.

Yes.. Only for rooted devices. TB requires root access. As a matter of fact if you want to remove any of the system apps you will need root.

I use g cloud on my phone to save my setting. Maybe it can work on gear with Null_rom. Need tethering gcloud backup on web

If you do a TWRP backup on the Gear, when you re - pair the Gear, it should restore all the Samsung settings, then if you restore the data only from the TWRP backup it will restore all of your sideloaded apps, Nova settings, widgets etc.
