{**NOTE BEFORE BUYING**}
A drop of Charlie Sheen's semen, and a 7 gram rock, were infused in this theme.
Seriously though, this theme is intended for rooted devices running a custom rom with the theme chooser app pre-installed. Soon there will be standalone GO Launcher Themes, but currently, this is for Theme Chooser only. Providing you are running a rom with theme chooser installed, all you have to do after installing the theme is go to the theme chooser app and select the theme.
That being said, Tigerblood is the culmination of hundreds of hours of theming of a multitude of apps and launchers. Essentially, it is a compilation of several standalone themes I've done including GO Launcher EX, GO widgets, and a multitude of system apps and elements including the system framework, pulldown, all major notifications and most of the most popular market apps including
GO Launcher EX
Launcher Pro
Dialer
Contacts
Gallery
Music Player
Video Player
FlexT9 Keyboard
ICS Keyboard
Camera
MIUI Camera
Shootme
Calendar
Settings
Root Explorer
FM Radio
Google Plus

Facebook
Google Talk
Google Voice
Google Search
Gmail
Email
GO Tranparent Widgets
Dropbox
Lockscreen Sliders and Icons
XDA Forum App
Twitter
Stock Launcher
Stock Browser
Dolphin Lite
Metamorph
Icons Galore and much, much more, but the few screenshots and overwhelming size of the theme ought to tell you everything you need to know regarding the amount of work that went into the Decked Out line of themes. This is by FAR the most comprehensive Theme Chooser theme on the Market. Enjoy.
12/20/2011:

This is what was asked for so....
Anyone can slap together a theme with new borders and slight xml changes. This is far and away the most detailed theme on the market. The only thing even remotely close is Mixer and it's got roughly 40% of what's themed with mine.

You have no idea how awesome this theme looks on your phone unless it is actually on it. Wow! Its amazing. No one has the level of detail and gradient hue and shading in a theme chooser theme as this Lawson has in this one. The in call dialer alone is to die for. If you can't pony up for this then you are deserving of the lack of quality in a theme that is on your phone.
Love it. Thanks big time Lawson. I never thought a theme chooser theme could look like this.

[THEME] Caelum Stellar Ed. [AO5PTheory]

Follow me on twitter at THE_Yakitori for pre-releases, and updates before they get posted here.
This is a modified port of my Caelum theme for the D1 LGB. There have been a lot of improvements and a somewhat different feel to it. It has a very gentle white/black appearance and less blue (although still has blue in it)
This is for LTB 2.2 only. Cannot garuntee it will work on any other versions or roms..but I will be porting to future releases of LTB.
Thank You's and Credits:
thebowers (FW images/checkboxes/dialog backgrounds/progress bars)
ecsnead (inverted calculator)
stetsonaw and MBK (GB keyboard)
bored (volume dialog icon)
Liquid (for the ROM and images that were in there already..that I didnt touch)
DreamLyfe (for the demo docks I modified them)
Everyone else Im probably forgetting.
Whats themed:
FW
SysUI
Browser
Calculator
Camera
Contacts
Deskclock
Email
Gallery
Gmail
GoogleQuickSearchBox
GO keyboard (NEW)...see theme setting below.
LauncherPro (demo dreamlyfe docks I modified)
MMS
Music
Phone
Settings
Vending (credit ecsnead for inverted black market)
Launcher Pro already has the docks built into the theme. To change docks, go to preferences, appearance, dock backgrounds, and pick Froyo, Froyo wide, smoked glass, glass. If you want a custom Dock, you will have to use it from your gallery like normal. If you dont like the text dock icons, you can delete LP from the theme and install it from the market (or go with the one in LTB)
I will be updating the OP with pictures, as well as a zip of signed themed apps that go well with this theme. I recommend ecsneads inverted google+, thebowers twitter, Inverted FB, Inverted dropbox to enhance the black and white softness of this theme.
I use Go Keyboard with this theme. I have themed the black theme skin that you can apply to the go keyboard. To enable go keyboard, go to settings/lang and keyboard/check go keyboard...then go into go keyboard settings and theme setting and enable the black theme. I have updated this theme with a more black/gloss bubble keypad.
Installation:
1. THEME, install by flashing through recovery.
2. No zip for signed apps...they are now scripted to install to /data/app with my updater script.

Here is a screenshot for updated Signal bars I have included. They flow better with the theme. The pics in the first post are not of the current signal bars. This is what they look like.
Make a version for monotherory
hmmm....Ill consider it. Depends on my schedule. Im in a wedding this weekend unfortunately...cause I dont like being in weddings (tux rental, gifts, etc....not my cup a tea).
I have a theory theme, so I can port it to Monolitheory...shouldnt take forever...but at least need to find about 4 hours to work on it. Its a matter of finding 4 hours alone with a computer. lol

[Theme] MIUI Reaper Crew by Melissapugs

Hi everyone. This is my first theme, made for MIUI. Here is Reaper Crew V1.1, inspired by the Sons of Anarchy (and a love of dark themes).

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I consider this a good working Beta when compared to the full themes that I consulted for completedness and consistency.
What's themed:
-Launcher: Dock/Hotseat, Page Indicators, Analog clock, both MIUI Music Widgets, Folder Container & Widget, Calendar View, MIUI Global Search, Contact Container
-Icons: 58-ish counting dupes, plus folder container and an icon background for unthemed icons.
MIUI Notes - Facebook - MIUI Notes - Skype - Places - Google Maps - Google Nav - Google Talk - Google Voice - Skype - MIUI Control Panel - SMS stock - Gmail - MIUI Email - Phone - MIUI Browser - Voice Search - Root Explorer - MIUI Monitor - Google + - MIUI Superuser - XDA/premium - MIUI Camera - Dropbox - MIUI Torch - Market - Twitter - Settings - MIUI Voice Recorder - Calendar
-SMS Interface
-Dialer/Incall Interface
-MIUI Notes Interface
-MIUI Sound Recorder
-MIUI Music App
-MIUI Torch App
-Lots of IC Menus for many applications, including those that aren't themed otherwise; popup and toast notifications
-The notification bar background - very plain. Without the Extended Settings mod, the launcher has plain jane metal bar along the transparency stat bar, and alternate views are pure black. This will look the same for anyone on MIUI (unless the theme bank changes beyond my control, see below) EXCEPT for the top bar battery - that's Extended Settings Mod by Andy
-Notification/Status Bar pull down toggle menu
-System Font - Pointedly Mad
-Lockscreen - my version of MIUI has some problems with SMS counts on alternative lock designs, so I left default lockscreen styling with just a few customizations
I am glad to improve upon this as much as possible, but please note that my last version of MIUI for my phone is 1.11.28, and there would seem to be no updates for me on the horizon. That will naturally restrict what I can and can't do to keep up with MIUI's changes. Obvious changes, like file names and little things, will be addressed as they are pointed out to me. As this is my first full ROM theme, there will probably be a few inconsistencies: I would greatly appreciate any and all reports of how I can make this better. If you spot weird out-of-place elements, missing IC menus, etc, I would really love you to send me details and if possible a screenshot of the problem so that I might address it a.s.a.p. I am glad to do a few more icons, but please provide a link to the app and the proper name for it (ex: com.android.example.apk) I'm also glad to theme apps/menus on request. However, please not that I am limited on how much time I can devote to theming further applications and components.
I hope you use and enjoy as many elements of this as you'd like - hack it apart and use as you wish. However, I will ask that you <strong>give me credit for any theme elements you port to your own work, with a permalink to my theme here</strong>. There are over 1200 images in this theme, and about 97% of them were made or heavily modded by me and me alone. I'd like credit where it's due. ;D

Thanks to Android Forum's klown07 for the SOA inspiration, and for getting me familiar with what is now one of my favorite shows.
Special thanks to XDA's LfcFan1977 for getting me headed in the right direction on nine-patch png's.
I could not have done this without the wonderful themes of other MIUI artists; without their examples, I would have been completely lost. Thanks to XDA's davidep85 and his Blue Dado themes
Subtropical Ecology's designer Specialist Monk; and
Sirtagada's BlueST theme, whose work pushed me to do more than the bare minimum.

v1.2 is online for donators on the market
Does the new update not have the black keyboard any more? I've been enjoying the theme and was gonna get the donate version but I love that dark keyboard. Also, using the inverted apps in the OP, my google play music will FC every time a song starts playing or after fast forwarding or rewinding a track. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, but the issue persists. It's strange since I don't see a music apk in the zip.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for the info. Since I'm a big fan of the dark keyboard I'm going to stay on the older version, but I'll be watching and waiting to buy the theme if/when it returns. Definitely my favorite black theme for the theme chooser so far!
Ok guys, you already know i always want you to be more happy with my work as possible. A lot of Pro users wanted to try different colours and i understand them so...
I've now reduced Pro version price to 1€

Custom GenieWidget - Transparent background, blue headlines, Roboto Light Font

Hi all, I searched high and low for a good GenieWidget replacement and I couldn't find one that fit the bill after a couple weeks of searching. I loved the look of the Deer Reader 4x1 widget, but it had serious problems with updating, plus I am not a huge fan of the interface, so I decided to customize GenieWidget to my liking.
What we have here is GenieWidget with the following changes:
- Transparent background
- ICS Blue headlines on widget
- Widget headline font switched to Roboto Light, 18pt size
- Widget publisher color switched to white instead of grey
- Removed images from widget since they were always low res and looked like crap anyway
Here is a screenshot:

The dark background is actually done via UCCW, as is the blue > symbol on the right. The rest is just my custom GenieWidget laid on top of that UCCW widget.
So far I have only made the font changes to the portrait orientation for the News Widget since thats all I use. If there is interest then I can customize the other layouts as well.
APK is attached to this post.
Hey, I thought your mod was cool, so I installed in on my p500 CM9 ICS 9.2.1: unfortunately there's no way to see the background and the blue > symbol on the right.. do I have to install UCCW too?
Cheers

Yes, that is all done via UCCW. You would have to install UCCW and then make whatever background you want and lay that under my custom genie widget. You also have to use a launcher that supports widget overlap/resizing. Nova Launcher and Apex Launcher are the big ones.

Awesome was lukin for sumthin like this... Can u post sum screenshots of how the theme will look... Icons or sumthin..
Can't wait to see what you come up with, always looking for a new theme.
waiting......................
Eagerly waiting
trying to understand but can't...
Why you post it before release? Feel not enough attention?
Thread re-opened.
Bump because why not
Video is currently uploading that shows all of the launcher / themes features
Wow 1,500 views on the thread even before release, I sure hope this meets your peoples expectations because it almost looks 1:1 like iOS 9
hm i thought this theme would change the whole look by theming systemUI but it just a icon and wallpaper.
I could do that too but then it wouldnt look like ios 9 home launcher, and its not just an icon pack and wallpaper its a home launcher app and if u apply all the icons it will look like ios
