HI Dr. ketan,
Sorry to bother you again.
I have downloaded the 4lph4 n3v3r d135 XXLA1 v1.2.2 which was compiled in zip format. it contains no CSC or any .tar files for flashing. to flash this custom rom with CWM, may i just select the *.zip? Sorry, i came from IOS, very new in android. Thank you!

Usually flash ROM use CWM(*.zip)

Mobile Odin needs root. So, if you already rooted, yes, you can.
But you can install any stock firmware with Mobile Odin. Not only this.
This is a good and easy way for non rooted users who wants root in their devices.
Is this the same as posted by "bodivas" ?

It is possible to install a mobile odin, but before that you need to extract the PC, I know that this is not convenient, but provides maximum 7zip compression LZMA2 double - the smallest file size, convenient for upload and download
download too slow... any other mirror?

If Google is your friend you might wanna use it from time to time, triangle away is ICS only therefore not gonna work on GB ( If not mistaken people who flash LC1 aren't downgrading probably so they are using GB)

use hc-tool from the market and dump the corrent kernal and then select reboot to the download mode and flash the LC1 kernal and then go to the app again and flash the zimage that you dumped in you sdcard and reboot .
but the problem is
has eny1 have the LC1 kernal .tar file to flash

First of all, post your query only in Q&A section.
Use second link on my signature and use method 1 to root
Then flash hydracore kernel with mobie odin
Then wipe cache and data and flash custom ROM

don't worry, the link I posted contains the same files ,but I think this method is the simplest.
1º Getting root, flash this file via stock recovery (shutdown your phone and push HOME+POWER button until you can access to stock recovery mode)>>> select "apply update from SD card" and flash this file ROOT
Boot intro android and then shutdown again and go to stock recovery again (HOME+POWER button to access)
2º CWM recovery >>> select "apply update from SD card" flash this file CWM 5.0.2.6. FIX
Physical buttons
VOLUME+/- to move through recovery mode
HOME to acept install the select file
POWER to go back
DONE!

C. Flashing the newest firmware:
Turn off your phone
Remove your SIM Card and SD Card
Extract previously downloaded firmware
Open ODIN 4.38 on your PC and change OPS file name to
Code:
Cooper_v1.0.ops
Select from extracted archive: OPS-OPS, Boot-APBOOT, Phone-MODEM, PDA-CODE, CSC-CSC (leave EFS and One Package empty)
If archive contains only <filename>.tar.md5 select it as PDA and OPS as OPS, leave other fields EMPTY
Connect your phone via USB into PC
When the screen is turned on hold POWER+VOLUME DOWN+HOME and wait until the phone enters the Download Mode
If ODIN detected and recognized your phone should light up the first square to the left side
Press "Start" button and wait, the process should take ~5 minutes
If all goes well your phone should reboot automatically
Square should change the color to blue and display "PASS" it means that flashing process was successful and we have the newest firmware
Disconnect your phone
Turn off your phone
Insert your SIM Card and SD Card again
Turn on your phone
Now you have the newest firmware!
You can find latest firmwares HERE, IMO Spanish FOP rom (KTM 2.3.6.) is the best, but can choose what you want
