Hey all I would like to announce that I am getting into the cooking game again, but this time I am serious and I would like to say thanks to the community for everything that is now available and all the hard work that is put in.
I am making this thread for all my releases and this will help me learn faster.
My first release will be very basic, just a few apps and such and it will be based off of WWE 1.19.831.0 - Radio 52.49a.25.26. I will release it when I feel it is ready, but keep in mind that I am still learning. I want to do this so I can have my own ROM and be aware of whats going on when your fellow chefs are cooking you up a delicious ROM. My ROMs will be like a road side diner meal, but then they will gradually become better.
You can disregard this thread if you like, but I want to keep all releases on this thread.
Thanks,
Tito
PS: I don't have a Blackstone yet. . . . , I will try to get one asap.
I also would like to thank, Laurentius26, and kwbr, for your help. Even though I am not done learning, you have helped me understand the basics !!

Hi Tito, you learn fast! Success and fun with cooking.
I decided to quit develop ROM's for the X1, i really don't got the time for this anymore.
But MrRusch will take over my entire kitchen with all custom tweaks and so on, but i will still be answering questions on threads and help out MrRusch when he needs help(if he does need it).
THANK YOU ALL FOR THE KIND WORDS AND GREAT USERFEEDBACK I GOT WITH MY ROMS. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE DOWNLOADS OF THIS ROM.
I am, as much as anyone else, extremely sad to see Smaberg leave us here at XDA:X1. I do however respect his decision, as I know how time-consuming ROM-development really is, and even more as he lost his X1 a long time ago.
I promise I will make the best of this opportunity, make him proud, and keep his extraordinary legacy alive.
A thousand thanks for all that you have given to us here at XDA:X1. You will surely not be forgotten.
sad to see smaberg go indeed. but i understand how much work it is to be a high-level chef and respect smaberg's decision. thanks for your great roms!
over the past few months i've tried a ton of roms, but i keep coming back to the touch x ultimate x-treme, its the fastest most stable rom out there imo..
thank you very much samberg for your work.
many thanks for your effort. You will be missed
Thanks for sharing your great ROMs over here at X1, you will surely be missed here on x1 forum. But I won't, because I'll be seing and using your ROM's over at Rhodium! You're one great chef!
@MrRusch...i'm sure that you will provide us with good ROM's and, with your great skill in skinning, i'm pretty sure it will be much, much better than other ROM's out there! Cheers!
Used your TouchX 10.1 for quite a while. Glad to hear it will still continue.
Noo! thank you for your contribution towards the community!
MrRusch I know you can continue to make this ROM the best one there is!
this is sad....but thank you smaberg!! your rom is the only one that i keep coming back to. thank you for the great rom and good luck MrRusch! i'm sure you will do a great job continuing smaberg's great rom!
really sad to hear that since I'm using Touch X 10.1 since released until now, but it is your decision, Smaberg. I respect on it. Thanks for all you have contributed so far to X1 community here. Wont's be forgotten.
and MrRusch, congratulations and good luck. i believe you will continue the greatest of this ROM. looking forward to new TouchX ROM in the future. for sure we will support you.
(deleted) double post
HONESTLY
SMABERG WAS BEST COOKER , AND HIS ROM STILL AT TOP ON ALL OVER X1 ROMS
HOPE MR MrRusch , will make smaberg proud ......
well done smaberg for your great efforts
u was best
u are best
and are are best chief among all , i mean it ....
Firstly, a BIG thank you for smaberg's contribution. Like all other fellow xda members, I believe smaberg's ROM was the best. I keep going back to it after flashing new ROMs as nothing I've used has the speed, responsiveness, stability and reliability of Touch-X 10.1.
Sad to see you stop cooking smaberg, but totally understand how time consuming it is, I've spent a lot of time messing with various kitchens trying to make sense of it all and I've still not managed to cook a decent ROM yet.
Hope MrRusch will make a Swedish touch X
M.Rusch will keep up the good work!!!
also smaberg can help him if he has problems!
so there no problem!!
waiting for a new rom from u guys!!
cheers
Cheers, Smaberg. Sad to see you go, thank you for all your work here. Touch X XTREME is and always will be... LEGENDARY (MrRusch quote).
We wait with bated breath for MrRusch's work With the base he has to work from and considering his previous work in this community expect nothing less than pure awesomeness (no pressure)

lol...i think we all ask ourselves this question
Looking forward to your first release....
ps did you find anything about the "velocity" threshold?
sad to see the creator of the best custom rom for our X1 leave..
none of the other roms ive tried here even comes close to being as stable, bugfree and speedy as Touch X Ultimate 10.1.
hopefully MrRusch wont disappoint. gd luck.
I Dunno if this deserves a thread or not,
but it struck me today that we (Rhodium Users) have been getting some really excellent ROMS just recently from all the Chefs who gracefully share their hours of hard work along with all the beta testers who allow their devices to used and put in meaningful bug lists so that the majority can experience something a little better that HTC originally offered.
Maybe someone can put it better than me but i just wanted to say a Massive Thankyou to everyone who actively contributes to ROM development on our devices but especially to the Chefs who put all the research fixes and Often cutting edge software together to make some astounding ROMs ready for us all to use.
I'm sure we all thank the chefs individually at least i hope so! and please DONT turn this thread into a "who's is the best ROM" cos that sucks.
But what ever your preference in build or manila flavour or chef, I invite you to join me in a collective thread of appreciation for our Windows Mobile ROM Development Forum and all who contribute to it so abundantly.
Thanks!
To all u wonderful chefs my hats off to u!thanks a bunch and keep up the good work!
Yep this is a well deserving thread, cause with out you guy's (the Cooks) we would all just be conformists leading simplistic lives
Thank you
A big thank you once again for all the hard work it is very much appreciated. Our devices would not be as great without the effort these guys put into cooking ROMs for a bunch of whiners and complainers but they continue and put up with it. My hats off to all of them.
yupp a big thanks to all of the chefs for all their hard work and excellent and unique roms thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you...i love u guys and gals
Not to be a party pooper or anything, but I think a small donation (a dollar or two at least) will please the Chefs quite a lot.
If each one donated a dollar to his favorite chef of the rhodium community, he/she would appreciate it a lot. I know many GREAT CHEFS, who's names will stay anonymous) have stopped developing roms just because they weren't getting anything back in return (they were devoting their time to developing, THEY DO HAVE OTHER WORK TO DO AS WELL). They are not asking much. Its only a small donation.
What is a dollar/month compared to what they have given us.
Oh and, Thank you CHEFS

Well said my friend! Donate indeed not only to the chefs but to xda as well!
I'm pleased to see such response off thanks to our good chefs, as you say i know members have stopped developing roms due to lack of appreciation and by starting this thread i hoped to counteract that a little

Hi There, I'm glad I could join your Community, I have known about XDA devs for a few years now and have checked a few threads over the years , and I just wanna say that you guys are awesome, and the things that can be accomplished thanks to the collective efforts and knowledge here are nothing short of amazing to me.
I hope as I gain more of that knowledge and experience I may too be able to enrich this community.
I have always used Android , and never cared much for Apple, it seems too overpriced and unreliable to me.
I have been using an LG G8 "ThinQ" Verizon (stock) for some time now, and just decided to go ahead and Jump into world of possibilities that Custom ROMS and Root Modules offer to the curious "thinQering" mind.
However, I have run into a situation where I am unsure of how to proceed, STILL, before posting I will make sure to READ everything relevant to the problem that I can find.
I am Confident a Solution can be achieved.
Welcome to XDA and your off to a great start!
Enjoy the forums information!
Cheers
