I have the arc s and play and ray and I will tell you something that might help. Radio was disabled from inside the rom itself. Reason for this supposedly legal issues. I'd talk to DooMLoRD and see what he can tell you about the radio side of things. Or Bin4ry as he was the one who got radio working in the first place. Also you will experience many of reboots in the process. The rom wasn't beta. It was am alpha release. And still is an alpha release. You will probably have more luck with the leaked version also there. That one had radio activated as it is a development model build. Personally I wish you luck and best wishes as you have chosen a project that will make you pull your hair out lol. Sony Ericsson isn't the easiest of ports to make. Good luck and if you would like any help then pm me and let me know.

Yet another stock based and JB-styled ROM, huh?
No. It is my latest project - authentic JB ROM which brings you Android 4.1.2 real experience including Project Butter, New Statusbar, etc.
Why such a ROM?
I had always wanted before to make such a ROM. Next thing is people a bit bored with stock ICS who want to try real JB with Sony look.
Why Alpha versions?
I will upload on Goo.im new version every time I make it. It will be something like "nigtlies". ROM is 100% working fine and despite it being an Alpha, it's perfect for daily use. Just not all the stuff is done like NXT icons instead of classic ones.
Can I flash it on my arc/S with locked bootloader?
Well, no. And you will never be able to. The kernel is from Free Xperia Team (thanks to them) a bit modded by me. I mean not kernel, but boot.img. Anyway you can use kernels like Lupus JB.
When final, stable release
I finish everything - stable release is on your devices. I'm gonna inform you about the progress quite often.
So what?! Jelly Sandwich discontinued?!
I hate that question. Certainly, not.
Future plans
NXT Icons
Modded SystemUI
Modded Settings app
AROMA Installer (stable version)
???

Reserved for later use - beautiful thread when stable ROM is released
I will test this Rom as soon it is released! Waiting patiently
Sony look? I will try this one as soon as you release it! :good:
Nice I would like to See Sony Looking JB
Sounds awesome. I love jelly sandwich but was thinking of trying out JB but dont want to lose sony look
Uploaded
Downloaded, but there is no boot.img in zip file from the mirror...
Errrr....no screenshots? No bug list?
No screenshots yet? I'll wait for it first. I always anticipate good roms from both max and jader. You 2 are the best. Keep it up.

but the kernel of this rom is a bit modified!! so you too have to read better! anyway thanks men!! :good:
I've read it carefully but instead of asking twice for the Kernel you should use the other Recommended

Thanks nice job btw bro

Looks promising, but the only thing that looks like Stock Sony is launcher... I expected more things from Sony.
Anyway... good job, it's smooth (Jelly Bean smooth) and very fast. FC when clicking on Themes in Settings, choosing animated wallpaper is buggy, CM camera still has problems with showing picture...
Still not a daily driver, but after few updates...who knows. Keep up with good work! :good:

is this 4.1.L.0.10? the one that sony released on their developer's website? and that you said that you'd be working on it?
i'm just about to give it a try, but i believe i'll wait for tomorrow morning, dont want to go through setting up viber, whatscrap....... its late here!
anyway, congrats for all your latest work, and keep it up!
This one is good to waiting for stable release. info about the project mate and some screen shots, recommended kernel for testing.

yeah i wanted to keep it stock and also for system performance. Maybe if there will be a lot of people who want's the theme manager i can do or 2 version one with theme manager and one without or in the next release i can include again the theme manager.
I didnt notice theme manager causes performance issues. Only if you apply some heavy weight massive theme.

So far aside from the removed parts, all I see that's changed from the source is the boot animation. But like you said this is just the initial release so I'll be watching this thread closely. Cheers!

Hello, my friend bought Z and I asked him to do an exchange for 2 days.I gave him my T and he the Z.So for those 48 hours i have been sleeping 16 hours in total.32 hours are not enough to learn How Z's firmware behave so i tryed to put my experiance from 2011 line and a little from the time I have T. And I kinda succeded in tweaking the Z. But thats the easy part, since the Z is xxdpi it was pain in the a** to vectorise all aosp xdpi images. And thats where my time went, at last I had problems making the actualy rom into one. So i split it into two parts becasue of the aosp apps i used. Thats fixable but it needs more time. I will get Z someday but as for all of us the money is the problem. So please show some respect and support me if you like my contribution to your amazing phones. Also please consider Donating. And just to say I am 14 and its not easy for me to do all that stuff because of school and so on
P.S I dont have Z anymore(that was obvious but...)

Good Stuff. It flashed successfully and all that but when it booted, at the setup guide, it failed to recognise my SIM card. When ejected the SIM tray and re-inserted it, it gave that new SIM card message and rebooted. But again upon boot, it failed to recognise my SIM. It works on other ROMs though.

What do you mean by that. It doesnt lag. My rom isnt compatible with the mod or...?
I can only suspect what the issue is. I dont have the Z. I asked my friend and he said that he doesnt experiance any lag while listening to music or just opening walkman etc.
So please flash this http://www71.zippyshare.com/v/76334495/file.html and tell me if its working
Just tried the zip and it helped it by reducing lag but it still force closes. At least it doesn't freeze the whole system now but still not working

have a root and bloatware freee made it very good..to our beloved developer i ask him to provide a new vergin that have a keyboard and themed taskbar.....i installed the dooms kernel with it which make with it a verry good combinatio...waiting for an update...
you r one of the best..
thnx

It's just a problem that some people have when music stops playing while browsing, I've opened up a thread here as a way to eliminate what could be causing the problem. I'm not alone for sure as this is also posted on the Sony support forums:

I'll even make a video and show how this happens
