I don't know about France but in Sweden the prices seem to land at about 530 Euros and the date are different from store to store. Sometime in march would be my guess..

How can you say nothing coming from Samsung? The galaxy s2 on paper specs blow the doors off of everything yet announced. Mali400, Sammy dual core, 1gig ram, samoled plus and all the rest. Thinnest phone, 18% power cunsumption on display, etc. Unless touchwiz or rfs lag it out it should be king. Samoled now is my favorite display. Without pentile it will be even better. The LG as well already announced a real 3d display phone with a screen much like the one on the ds3d handheld.
The ox2 is a great phone no doubt (probably better than the atrix) but to say its the only thing going is simply not true.

I think the cheapest I've seen is wirefly, they have it for $150 on a 2yr contract, but it won't ship until the 20th.

Personally, I'm looking to use a partial upgrade as I am 13 months into a 2 year contract. I have seen people get amazing deals using various methods. I'm hoping to get it for around $250.

I'm looking to possibly purchase for full price and use on AT&T, so please include any deals on full retail prices.

900kr + 450kr x 6 months (3600 kr = 699USD). This includes 5gb data, 2 hours of talk, free sms and mms. I think it was a rather good deal, in Danish context.

I read somewhere that LG has no plans to lockdown bootloaders unlike HTC with the Sensation and other new phones.

I have a partial upgrade (13 months in a 2 year contract) and it is showing $349 for me. A little more than I wanted to pay but I think I'll go for it.

I paid £379.99 cos my contract isn't up for another 1yr 3 mth and couldn't wait that long for this phone, gave my desire to the girlfriend

i get mine for FREE!
had problems with them throttling my data (3 months long) and the fact that EVERY refurbished VIBRANT they sent me was broke in some way(dents/cracks/buttoms)
so i got the SGS4G yesturday! and now just confirmed my oder for the G2x after i sent my SGS4G via UPS back to them!
got i just love customer loyalty

will be using my Best Buy buyback program and ditching my nexus s for this phone. Should be around $250.

yeah saw that, its a damn good price! Its slightly annoying as i just signed up a new contract for the following:
Orange network, 300mins/unlimited text/unlimited email/500MB data with LG optimus 2x for free and that is £17.50 p/m! which i guess isnt really bad at all.. sim only is around £15 or £20 for that tarrif and i get a top phone! .
Im hoping i love this phone(when it arrives) as much as my HTC HD2, LG Renior and the LG u8130!

EUR 412.49 for me. Still a dang good price, though! I paid almost 50 euro more.

Tried to sell my Thrill :) and had a hilarious phone call

So I tried to sell my thrill, after having chosen the atrix after a day or two of comparing them in hand
I got one call that really made me angry
I was lowballed all the way to $320 for a pretty much brand new thrill [every sticker still on phone, a few minutes talk time, very careful and very cautious testing as to keep the phone in mint new condition]
The guy said "No one cares about LG"
and "no one cares about the thrill"
I asked why he wanted it, and he said "his wife"
I told him it was ridiculous to sell it for $320 when new inspires [HTC] sell for $250 and new atrix sell for $320, and why in the world would I sell a phone that is only a week old and dual core with a 4.3 inch screen for the same price?
He said it was stupid and that if he wanted to spend more he'd buy an iphone 4 for $340, to which I told him the iphone 4 won't even be worth $250 when the iphone 5 comes out. he then replies that's what 3gs is worth and I'm pretty much laughing..
then he starts saying, he doesn't care, and the best phone anyways is the sensation, the only phone worth buying is the sensation
to which I say the G2X is better than the sensation in everyway and that the thrill is a lot like the G2X...
anyways, he got really mad that I wouldn't take $320 for the phone new. I told them that on ebay they are $410 buy it nows and he said 'no one cares about ebay, ebay's dead"
anyways..funny..very funny.
i know someone will buy it eventually. i'm only asking $370 for it brand new with the car charger case screen protector etc

I would have laughed in his face and told him I was going to post this on the internet for the WIN!

Why would you guys sell it while you're still in the 30 day return window? Definitely worth at least $400 at this point on Craigslist, but you can buy it for $450 new without a commitment so you shouldn't expect to get more than that.

I bought mine for $330 and using with H20 wireless from craigslist

he's crazy, I actually got a few offers today and no one lowballed the way he did, I should have the thrill sold tomorrow
hate to see it go, but I can't justify having both the atrix and thrill. will come back later if the lg gb or ics upgrade is crazy good or if a really good rom is at least stable.

ebay is over run with retailers sellung products at a 10% mark up over what you could buy it for elsewhere , taking advantage of unsuspecting fools that do not know better....that and overseas sellers (which i buy from frequently)

4X HD price dropped

4X HD price dropped by US$38 exactly 1 month after launch here to coincide with the price drop of Moto What kind of marketing strategy is this? First time I ever bought a LG smartphone and I feel frustrated though I am happy with my 4X.
What about other countries? Is there a price drop? The 4X is selling at approximately US$602 here from yesterday.

It's 438e here, about 538 dollar. Dropped here a bit as well few days ago

Mine cost me 2 299 zł, I'm living in Poland, price dropped too but, here things are a little weird... my other phone, LG GC900 cost me in 2010

Comparing both phones the P880 is not much more expensive :laugh:

I'm wondering where you saw the LG Swift 4X HD at that price in Poland.
In physic stores the cheapest I found was in Euro-AGD, where I bought mine. On the Internet the cheapest I found was in CENEO.pl and the lowest price its 1894,39 zł, converting, its 464.31€ (themoneyconverter.com).

I bought my 4X in RTV EURO AGD too, 1999zł, that lowest price is from allegro.pl

Today it's on sale for 389€ in Germany. I bought mine for 479€ only 4 weeks ago.

I see you're from Belgium about my area. The price you quote is probably CoolBlue.
Which is AFIAK the only "store" whom actually has it. Fnac groenplaats, the phone house (wijnegem shopping center), Allo Telecom Nationalestraat don't have it. Fnac only had the Prada phone though.
Perhaps we could meet and share experiences. I´m too interested in buying one. Though I just wait a bit because I expect the price to come down more when the 4X HD's successor will be revealed in September.
Then it'll be either the 4X or the new kid on the block (if it also can record calls which I absolutely require).

@Winudert: Yeah that sucks indeed. I've seen them advertised on Amazon.de for 435 euro's. Expect the price to fall down evenb more when (the few) shops starts ditching them in preparation for new stock (either iPhone 5, the win 8 Nokia's or the 4x HD's sucessor).
The weird thing is that I first had my interest on the Nokia 808 pureview (which I presumed would fall in price quickly after release). That device kept it's high price though. While I've seen HTC One X for 519 euro (now back up to 529 euro).
Anyway. The 4X HD seems atm the best price for a big-screen, quad-core android device. A pity that there still are a few niggles that LG should have been fixed from the O2X like the missing notification light.
I understand that there are 3rd party solutions to fix this. But you need to root your phone first. If LG put something similar in the official firmware then we wouldn't need to hack our phones for such a trivial thing. Not to mention that I can't imagine a little LED costing so much.
