Do the T-Mobile stores have the Note 2 flip case in stock?

Looking to pick up a real Samsung flip cover today. Have a T-Mobile 30% off accessory coupon. Before I waste gas, do the retail stores have the Note 2 flip covers on the shelf?
Edit: nope, just called a few. "Not yet"

Stop in a local Tmobile looking to accessorize my International SGN2 and they aren't expecting accessories until next month.

Tried a local T-Mobile store this morning, no accessories in stock. So much for making a splash on one of the best phones of the year.
Once Sandy blows her way through here, I'll try to stop by a Sprint store.

I checked a Verizon store just because it's next door to the tmobile store. lol desperation. ..

Sprint store had white and black when I bought my phone. Ask for 20 percent off and they will probably give you the discount.

The 20% off is when you buy 2 or more accessories.

Just got the Samsung flip case from a Sprint store!
I went in just to get whatever they might have to protect the phone a little while i decided what i wanted. They said they had sold out of the other style (the one that clips on over the back and sides) but they had the silver and the white flip cases.
Fyi they did offer the 20% off if i got a second accessory but the only other thing i want right now is maybe that spare battery charger and they only had the s3 one.
At least my screen is protected for now. I will have to be really careful until stores start carrying some other cases that i can try to see what i like.
I like the look of the fly grip too. Wouldn't mind attaching that to the flip case.

They are talking about the body armor gel case. I bought that one and flip case in store the first day. You can get the gel case online at sprint.com

Yeah right now that's the only one that isn't back ordered on the Samsung website. But i didn't want to wait for shipping and i wanted to try the flip case anyway...so it worked out perfect for me !

Cases Available in US Stores?

I'm going to be picking up my Note 2 tomorrow. Does anyone know which cases are available at retailers? I'm really interested in a white body glove or the official samsung "Galaxy Note™ II Protective Cover +, WHITE"

You can't find any here in Las Vegas. If you don't need one right away, go to the Samsung website and register your phone. A few minutes after doing that you'll get it email with a 50% off coupon code that's good for 1 month, the Samsung website has a couple cases you can order and get very cheap since you're getting 50% off. All the T Mobile stores here in Vegas said they won't be getting any cases until the middle of the month.

I just got my official samsung protective cover for $20, and got the SGP Ultra Oleophobic SP. Altho I did order from the website. I'm all set except I still have no Note II =(

i think theres another recent thread on this. I hate cases, but love my Samsung TPU case. Super thin, rubber sides, plastic back that looks like factory back. Most people have no idea I have a case on it. Paid $15 for it

Do u thinks they have tpu cases for this phone in the kiosks in the mall. Need something to hold me over until I can get mine from eBay. All they sell at the carrier stores are flip covers for 50 bucks.

I bought the JKase Premium Quality Samsung Galaxy Note II 2 GT-N7100 Streamline TPU Case Cover - Retail Packaging - Clear from Amazon. It was cheap and I was able to get fast 2 day shipping with Prime. (can't post a link yet since I am new)
This case and my Note 2 will be arriving tomorrow. I hope the case will be enough to hold me over until a better deal comes about on a name brand case. I'll be pairing this with a Spigen screen protector.

Got the black Body Glove case from Sprint and love it for it's thin form factor, non-slippery feel, and design.

Same here. I also have the Proclips mount in my car, meaning I have to take the case off to use it. The Body Glove case comes off and goes back on very easily.

Also bought the body glove one from sprint. Was worried about cases and adding bulk but this seems to be minimal and my phone doesn't feel like it's going to slip out of my hand every time I hold it.

I went to several Sprint locations, and none of them had the body glove case. I was also hoping to get something with a belt clip.

The only case I found locally in stock for my Note 2 was at the AT&T store and it was a white/grey CaseMate with a built in kickstand I think it cost $38 and did not come with a screen protector. Wish Otterbox made a Commuter style with built in kickstand for the Note 2.

I bought the Ringke SLIM Soft Feeling Premium Hard Case. It's slim. adds very little bulk while protecting at the same time and got it off of amazon for 10.99 on sale from 25.00. I added the Spigen SGP Ultra Oloephobic screen protector and it's totally protected. I love them both.......

$5 Ionic Position folio-style case off of Amazon. Offers good protection, looks good, and doesn't have a magnetic closure (huge!).
I just purchased a Seidio Active-like case off of Amazon to use until the Seidio Active combo either comes down in price or shows up at Best Buy for 2/3rds of what it costs now.
I also just returned an Amzer Shellster because it was a piece of crap that broke three days in. Spending $6 to return an item that I'll get $14 back for, after spending $5 initially to have it shipped. Really thrilled about Amzer's customer service policies.

Same here. Paired it with the Spigen UC screen protector which was a PITA to install on such a large screen!

Sweet Armor GNote Bumper & Mugen Extended Battery

First Im sorry if this has been asked before but anyone tried sweet armor yet? If so, will it work with the Mugen Extended Battery? Thanks =)

It looks nice- though definitely a little pricey. Also looks a little bulky in the back? Maybe it's the images.

Coming from (SGS3 Galaxy S3) - new Note 2 owner
I've tried similar bumper for SGS3 - there is issues of the thing being heavy and adding to the weight of the device.
If the bumper makers had sense - they'd focus on the fit and adding protection - not adding looks/ metal and finish.
Now with extended batteries - the bumpers are a tough fit. Of the several I tried for the SGS3 only one fit.
If anyone knows better please post.

Looks good...but aluminum will dent if dropped so drop the phone your phone might be protected but you need to get a new case

Ihave a cheap metal bumper with my extended battery. You shouldnt have to worry about denting it but it will reduce signal and gps performance. Im going to mod it and see if I can remedy the issue. The one I bought was only 10 $ but doesnt screw together. I think the screw together versions are better. You should be able to find a cheap Chinese knock off sweet armor on ebay soon enough.

I had a sweet armor bumper and the mugen extended for the GNote 1 and they both fit perfectly, hence i asked =) It is indeed a little pricey so it will depend on personal preference, i guess. I have tried cheaper bumpers for the note 1 and none of them look as good as the sweet armor. Of course i understand some would prefer cheaper bumpers but this one has awesome look and finish. The sweet armor on my Note 1 still look as good today as it was on day 1 when i got it. Admitedly, I haven't dropped my Note 1 (thank god) so i cant say too much about the durability though. Not sure about the cheaper bumpers (i havent used them long enough) but definitely no dents/scratches from everyday wear and tear for this one though.
The only problem i had with the Note1 sweet armor though is that i lost a screw once and i had to replace it (it came with 5 extra screws btw) but that was my own negligence (prob a loose screw), never lost another screw after the first one til today =) the fit was awesome for my Note1, never had a reception problem (or not bad enough for me to notice at least). The extra weight wasnt a problem for me (I use a Note1 with the extended battery remember) but i'd think it wont add too much weight to a standard GNote. Just removed the bumper from my note1, and saw no scratch (from the bumper) on the sides of the phone.
PS: I went ahead and ordered one today and already got my shipping confirmation few hours later. I will try to update here with pics when it arrives. If it doesnt fit my mugen extended then i guess i will use it when im using the standard battery (I usually switch extended/standard battery depending on my need at the time). It will take a while cause i was being cheap and chose the cheaper shipping option.

Okay just got my bumper in the mail today. Fits perfect even with the mugen extended. Quality is awesome. Only complain I have is the side buttons feel a little loose, no biggie. And of course a lil too pricey. Comes with 3 extra buttons and five screws, loving it. It looks awesome =)

I would love to buy several if they are of the same quality. Could you provide a link where these are available for $10 please?
UPDATE: Saw the other thread you participated in about aluminum bumpers and I see what bumpers you're referring to. While they look nice, you get what you pay for. I tried one of those and the quality is MUCH lower than the Sweet Armor. It is lighter, thinner, and scratches the GN2 easily. I believe in paying for quality if it can be had and the SA is worth it IMO.
No offense to those who bought the $10 eBay bumpers though.

I had the SA on my SII, it was sweet but pricey. After I sold my SII to get the Note, I gave the $10 bumper a go for a cheaper bumper look. Unfortunately, it messed up my Note. Plastic started chipping off between the screen and bezel.
Cons: Flimsy built, one time it slipped about half a feet high (in account with the weight of phone). The frame wasn't in the best of shape anymore. Unsatisfying premium look, actually made my phone look cheap. Tight slider, which cause plastic area to chip off over time and possible scratches to screen protector or phone if your not careful.
Pros: Cheap, easily replaceable. (provided not parts/accessory of your phone that needs replacement caused by the bumper)
Imho, you get what you paid for and I paid more. But kudos to those who had no problem with their bumpers. On my Note II, It's just sad case if I had to go thru it again, that's why I'm going back to SA

I had one of my Galaxy S1. Well made piece of kit but I ultimately didnt like the feel in the hand and was dubious about the shock protection (on that version there were only a few little thin foam strips inside the bezel.

OP, thanks for sharing the info with us!! I had already been interested in the white Samsung TPU case, and considering getting it. When I saw this deal I just couldn't pass it up!! I already have the white Samsung Flip Cover, an Incipio case, and another case, so I'll probably rarely use this case but just had to have it. For every phone I've ever had I always buy way too many cases, and normally just carry the phone naked. Oh well, it's just money after all. Lol. Thanks for sharing! I've never dealt with either company before, so I'm hoping that shipping doesn't take too long. I'm looking forward to receiving this in the mail! Thanks again!!
