I ve got a question,
Have a mi3, which is a bit modified..
cpuz tells me :
cpu: qualcomm snapdragon 800
model : MI3W (Pisces)
Manufactor xiaomi
board Pisces
bootloader unknown ,
Build Id JLS36C
Hardware mt6582
android 4.3
API LEvel 17
all these datas seem very strange, dont fit together.
I cant flash any new rom .
any idea where i should look for the rom . and how can mi3 W be pisces?
thanks for your help.
Not fake I imagine, but it's the China version:
"MI3 packed with nVidia Tegra 4 Chipset is code named as "pisces" is basically and especially for China region and it uses the TD network, this means it won't be able to access global networks" - Quoted from: http://kalyani-786.blogspot.com/2014/10/xiaomi-mi3-india-and-global-all-in-one.html
Try using the Mi Verification app to see if it's fake or not though.: https://jd.mi.com/?lang=en_US
If it actually has a Snapdragon 800, it can't be Pisces because Pisces has a Tegra chip.
Sent from my MI 3W using Tapatalk
Hardware mt6582 <means MTK6582, but you should try the verification app, also if it has the MI recovery try updateing the MIUI to latest version cuz its 4.4.4 not 4.3.
Find the guy and give it back cuz from my pov its fake
Guys my friend just bought a nexus 6, we want to install the pixel 2 camera on the phone. Is it possible to install it? I talking about the Google camera port
Nope. 64-bit software won't install on a 32-bit device.
i just update my nexus 6 to android 11, is it available to install gcam 8.1 on my device?
and also you guys can tell me the available version of gcam on nexus 6,

Google Camera 4.3 and up is 64-bit only, so version 8.1 is a hard no. If running Android 11, you need to install Google Camera 3ish (search the LineageOS thread for the exact version) as version 4.2 doesn't communicate with the camera hardware.
Can i know if xiaomi will release mi 8 se version android go? because it will be great for mid range phone with SD710
Bro, do u know what is Android Go & Android One??
At first google it & then ask the question again.
Any opinion?: firmware choice: Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T810 [moved from Android General Q&A]
I'm looking for best bets for choosing a good firmware update for this older SM-T810 tablet that I still like. It is Wifi-only.
The tablet recently got very flaky on Android 5 so I let it install an auto-downloaded image for Android 6. The new image probably came from Samsung since I was told at purchase that device had official Samsung firmware for Android 5.1.1. (see ABOUT DEVICE below)
Things got worse using the new Android 6 image, so bad that I'm ready to install new firmware by sideloading.
1. Since the device was rooted by prior owner (see: DEVICE HISTORY below for details) I am guessing I have little to gain by sticking with an official Samsung image--unless nothing else works. Does that sound right? And, does anything prevent me from going the non-Samsung route?
2. If it makes sense at this point to try a non-Samsung image, my question for folks here boils down to this: where am I likely to have the best luck finding a build that will work well on the device? For example, I wonder
who are the most experienced makers of firmware for this older tablet?
and which version of Android--7 or 8? Should I avoid 8 or go for it?
(I've seen an unofficial Lineage OS build for Android 8. I believe that Android 7 builds exist, too.)
Thanks for any suggestions.

(I've waited so long to update because a) I seldom use the tablet and b) seller said that he'd had problems with a German Nougat and had reverted to official Android 5.1.1. )

[DEVICE HISTORY, as far as I can say:
I bought in 2017 on swappa.com. Seller told me "What you would get out of the box is the official Samsung OEM firmware for Android 5.1.1 (XAR-T810XXU2BPB1-20160323135521) with the official Samsung recovery. Updates will apply without issue, either by directly loading with Odin or SmartSync, or doing an OTA firmware update....It is running pure stock firmware now. Since it was rooted at one point, the Samsung Knox flag is tripped. It's the only thing that would distinguish this device from a new-in-box tablet."]

Thanks. I didn't know it had GTS210 gpu.
Notebookcheck.net and Wikipedia show it as ARM Mali-T760 MP6.
Whatever, Lineage OS 15.1 doesn't seem to have any serious competition. Hope it works when I try it--first time jitters!
I got N on mine for a long time. Now I get O 15.1 linesgeos now. It looks like the best for gts210wifi for now.
i know what your thinking, "Why the hell do you want a Android 9 Rom???" Well, i wanna see it theres gonna be different from the newest android version, i mean the oppo a37f can install android 10 And android 9 then goes down to android 5
