Hi there! Can someone please tell me if this app is compatible with the vibrant? Also if it is useful with such device? I'm from Italy and have no way of testing it...

edit: on second thought my music sounds good enough maybe its my headphones better sound than i was getting from my N1 tho

I don't think it could break anything! it just installs a couple of files...if it doesn't work I can always tell you which files to delete...

I am testing it so far it works. On speaker

It works great headset and mic a okay and speakers nice.

Yes, that's normal because it's the top level that can be reached with the sound card!

Volume levels?

Is there a way to increase the volume to the external speaker as well as the ear piece like I can the headphone pot using the Headphone Amplifier.

Galaxy Tuner done everything but what I want. I want to increase the volume on the earpiece so I can hear calls better.

Some people have said that the kp1 modem sounds louder and clearer. I use it myself but never really noticed much of a difference though from other modems. But who knows, maybe you will

Volume coming out of ear peace not speaker

Hey what's the reasoning behind occasional, I think after some calls when I adjust the volume or something after the call the volume is through the earpeace. The fix is to get in a call and hit speaker and adjust your volume then it goes back to normal. What's the dealio?

I don't understand what you're doing. What are you doing by leaving your earphones plugged in while you're on a call? (I'm assuming that you don't use these earphones on the actual call).

Earpiece,not headphones. Like you know. The phone has 2 speakers, front and back.

Although I dont have my captivate any longer, I used to have this problem all the time with my captivate. I always used DG roms but I am sure it was hardware related instead of rom related. You probably do not want to do a warranty exchange but it might fix it, I've been through 5 of them before moving to another phone.

I can't remember if its on other roms. I don't think its hardware related or it would happen more then not and it rarely happens and I can't replicate it plus it was a easy fix to get back to normal. Deffinately software bug if you ask me. Just wish I could replicate it.

It did it today. In the country, dropped a call then everything came out of the earpiece not speaker. Fix is to call, hit speaker then hang up.... ??? Why does it do this? Its been along time since it happened last but I'm still curious.

Help on cm7

I am using cm7 rc13 and there are two things I wanted to ask.
I just applied am option in or to fix permissions to prevent fc, did I do something wrong? and one more problem is after starting phone sometimes I hear the sound as if camera is starting. I thought if someone was spying on my phone.
Help please.

No, you didn't do anything wrong. The camera starting up is due to Google Talk. I do not know why, but it is because of the newer gapps that were released.

Volume

I need something that will make the volume of the one loud.. Like atleast twice as loud.. Is there anything I can do to make it loud?

You can only use a sound mod like Purexaudio but you can suggest it in the themes and apps section. But I feel that the one is already quite loud.
