Acs theme flashable clock - Nexus S Themes and Apps

OK so I've tried and tried to get the apk and insert it into my current rom using apktool and following the instructions in the how to mod thread but to no avail. If some kind soul would take time to get the circle clock and all the notification mods in the acs theme and make it flashable for the codenamedroid rom 1.2.0 cdma I would greatly appreciate it. If need be I'll send the framework apk or anything else that might be needed.

I helped with building that theme, but I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. Can you post some pics?

this is for fresh 2.3.3 roms...i did this per request of op from an pm telling me what he is running.
this is flashable
New_Launchers_Signed.zip
Works great for me
Finally got around to flashing this. It works great thanks for making the flash. For those that may use it I am using Fresh 2.3.3 It only changes the graphic of the launcher. so It still says Phone across the front I prefer it that way, so I did not ask for that part to be changed. Thanks again.

[Q] Themed swype keyboard

First off, let me just say, what a great forum and a great group of devs and regulars! Your work has made me LOVE my Captivate hardware (but I still loathe my provider)
Has anyone done any standalone Swype keyboard theming since the new version of the Swype beta came out?
I am currently running Phoenix 7.0 (don't want to update yet), but I can't seem to pull out the themed swype.apk from the 7.1.1 update and get it to work correctly (it says it was build for a different ROM), so I am stuck with the stock keyboard still.
I searched the threads, but was unsure of current versus old Swype-themed versions.
Any suggestions?
Thanks a TON!
Take the swype apk, the libswypecore.so and my build prop and put them all in 7.0 and you will be good to go.

I have themed a standalone...just apk and lib file. No need for buildprop. Confirmed working on Phoenix, Firefly, and Fusion. Based off the Cognition fix. Have an orange theme in the works...and once I get the visual kinks worked out I hope to make a few different colors.
Here's a pic of what I have so far.

Does your themes work on the Serendipity Rom ??
Great work by the way
There's no reason it shouldn't, as Phoenix and Serendipity are both JS7 based. Even if they weren't, I believe they'd still be compatible.
Cool
Thank you

Hi guys, been looking around at different devices and I found one theme for the HTC EVO 4G that looks just intense, is there any way someone could port this to Desire HD, is it even possible?
Alternatives?
Here is a link to the theme:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=793471
Let me know what you guys believe can be done regarding this!

+1 agree with you
It was a complete ROM for the EVO 4G so thought that it would fit here?
you asked for a theme, not a complete rom. either way it's wrong here.
My apologies,
OT: Does anyone know how we/I can recreate and make this theme work on Desire HD, of course I would ask the author of this theme before actually proceeding

Follow this .. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=927405 ... use the same method to copy over battery icons ..wireless etc ..whatever you want ... you can also try pulling other apps like SystemUI.apk and com.htc.resources(if sense) ..just keep experimenting till you reach somewhere close .. You might have to change xmls .. In that case look for guides for editing xmls ..
EDIT: These are the files you will need to pull first
1. system/framework/framework-res.apk
2. system/app/SystemUI.apk
These will give you the basic framework look ... along with this you might have to pull android.policy.jar .. but that will be more difficult as you will have to edit all the policies to fit the desire hd you will need to have a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1052731 .. you will need to read a lot on how to edit smali and baksmali ... so you can make everything fit a desire hd .. best of luck

I don't know what MCGv6.12 is but this is a theme for the Miui Rom to be applied using the theme manager.
Incredible, awesome! Thanks for sharing!
Cant wait to try this out. I wish there was an easy way to get rid of the status bar clock.

Cyanogen CRT Animation Mod + Custom notification bar text

I enabled the CRT animation for Cyanogen Mod. The framework also includes an eri.xml edit that changes the Carrier name to Cyanogen Mod in the notifications pull down, and lockscreen.
The xml edit changes the T-CDMA 64 to "Cyanogen Mod" if you want me to change it for you specifically ask me. All I did was edit the eri.xml in the xml folder of framework-res.apk.
I found out how to extend the character limit to 16. Thank you dewguzzler for the help with apktool.

I wouldn't try it, no. It's built for CM7, which is gingerbread.
There is an app. By conap called ccname or something in the incredible section that you can change the carrier label with, works in all aosp rons

Trying to flash this on FroYo is a one way ticket to a bootloop.
However, there is a project here on XDA to port the CRT-Off animation to FroYo, if you want to look into it.

Any possible way you can post a leak?
Thank you!
Since this changes the Carrier text in the drop down, does anyone know of a way to get rid of the "Searching For Service" text since the pioneer isn't activated?
Is anyone able to get this to install on newest nightlies?
Sent from my SGH-I897 using XDA App
There is no need to, everything this fixed has been officially fixed as of nightly 7. Literally the only thing this will do is either A.) Break something and cause a mess or B.) Nothing other than change the pulldown title.
Asked before it was all fixed. On newest nightly now. Problem solved.
Sent from my DROIDX using XDA App
Is this only for cm7 or will it work on stock/rooted gb?
