How do I get my HD goes Faster?

I just bought a HTC Diamond 4GB this is GSM version , but Is preaty slow , I installed a few things to get it more faster.
But my question is , What can I do to have my htc diamond fast ? ,
My HTC ROM is 1.93.442.4 WWE
Radio : 1.00.25.08
HTC Diamond P3700
Changing the ROM ? with a modified one ? How to change the rom ?

Make some tweaks on registry or install a new rom.
You are in the correct place to learn how to change the rom, and is simple.
But b4 you start read several forums about how to do it or you will get your diamond bricked.
Good luck and use "SEARCH" function of this forum. Is the best tool you will ever get.

waiting xda 2 i in WM 6.x for long time

I Used to have alot of PPC as xda 2 ,xda 2 mini ,xda exec, Atom also HTC topaz . All of it have alot of ROM for UPGRADE ,but for Alpine still haven't ......why?
I used it for 4 yaers . And I want to know ,why Alpine still haven't ROM for Upgrade? Before Xda 2 mini and Xda 2i no rom to Upgrade as other device .But now Xda 2 mini also have alot Rom for Upgrade as WM 6.0 or WM 6.x.....
For Alpine is alway exception all the time? For me help that in the future will
have ROM for Upgrade as WM 6.x or WM 7, i think like that, pl help to develop it as soon as can... pl help pl help ........waiting for all reply .... and last Ouestion , I want to Know when WM7 start? What different bettwent WM 6.5 and WM7?

I think no one has been ported WM7 into htc Trinity..
