I had that problem. Supposedly there was this girl who was crazy in love with me. I decided to ignore her a lot and act like a mild asshole. Kind of worked. Or just have sex with them and forget about them. Also works.

What about physically?
Also I was getting somewhat scared of that girl...and she isn't even that hot. If she was hotter, then that's a whole different story.
