Razr doesn't have face recognition. You're thinking Nexus.

Most specifically, I want the camera to work. I tried installing normally with no avail and also tried replacing the BlurCamera.apk and BlurCamera.odex in the /system/app folder and changed permissions to rw-r--r-- but after I rebooted there wasn't a camera app at all so I reversed the process with the stock camera and now have that back.
So, is there anyway to make the camera work?
I personally would like the smart apps... At least the wifi part.... come home, data goes off, wifi comes on

This is the only app I could find that looks like it could be the smart actions app. The apk and odex file are in the zip.
has anyone tried this apk? does it work on deodexed roms
id like to see the music apk...played with it the other day and worth it

There is only the apk in this zip. I put it in /system/app and rebooted but it is not showing up. What to do? I am new to this stuff so my apologies if I missed something.
The profiles for power managment from the RAZR would be great on the Bionic. Locale does not natively support shutting off the cellular data when Wifi is active.
Is the Profile function part of the Zip?

Have ypu tried changing the permissions to "rw-r--r-- ?" )
OK, apparently the first zip file only contained the apk file. This one has both, the apk and odex files.

Does the odex go in /system/app too? I put both there with rw/r/r permissions and rebooted but I don't see the app installed.
EDIT: Also, is this meant to work on deodexed roms?

Yes, the odex file goes in the system/app folder but I don't think it will work on a deodexed rom. Deodexed roms don't have odex files.

Anyone out there willing to make a deodexed version of the app?
I pulled this off this deodexed rom. It's a deodexed smart actions app.

Search for Verizon, then click the link for all apps from developer. It's available through Verizon for free. It will uninstall as well, so you won't be stuck with bloatware if you decide you don't like it. I tried it for a while. It's worth is if your not on the Unlimited data plan.
Here is the link for smart actions. It has been hacked to work on the bionic

You can use it with any stock based rom. You can get the apk and .odex file from the repack's zip. Don't deodex it.It's faster leaving it that way and sometimes (rarely) opt codes get lost when deodexing.

Not without adding the lg-framework stuff that it depends on to the cm10 framework.
Firstly i tried normally deodexing and pushing to system/app, then i read what you wrote here... You are right xonar ;p
LG uses opt codes that are fast but are 'unsafe' and is only allowed in odex files. ( why V30 repack is so fast and snappy compared to cm10 )
'unsafe' meaning if it's used wrong it can have unexpected results at unexpected places.
The reference I'm using is fairly old so it might've changed.

For all of you that have deleted files from the AT&T AHD, and now want to upgrade to JB, you're going to need all your files intact, or your update will fail. This also goes for the time when we receive our OTA to JB.
I've zipped up the /system/app, and /vendor/app files from 144 ,and uploaded them so you don't have to do a complete downgrade via RSD Lite and lose all your info.
Simply replace the files you deleted with root explorer, and you can update to JB.
DOWNLOAD HERE
EDIT: Dev Host was being flaky yet again, so I had to use Hotfile to host the files
What's this for? Sorry my bad English
Thanks for this. I'm sure it would help a lot of people.

Correct! If you've deleted any of your apps that came with the original OS, you'll not only be unable to flash the JB leak update, but you'll be unable to take any OTA.
Once again, the uploaded files are the entire contents of the 144 ICS /system/app, and /vendor/app.

Sry...noob question..
Is the original bootanimation content of this files?
Its the only thing i deleted...(stock ics).
Bump
For all those having trouble upgrading to 4.1
Thanks for the link...:good:
Really havent found it agian...
Question...Downloaded it---installed at&t code scanner(one of the 4 apps titanium "destroied") to system-apps---but it says the app is downloaded, not a system app when i go to: settings----apps!
Is that the right way to install the missed apps again?
And again...where can i find the stock at&t boot animation??
Thx so much!:good:
You'll want to move the apk to system/app and change permissions to the same as everything else in that folder, then reboot.
??
Omg...going crazy. How to change permissions??
Got it...:good:
Apps and vendor apps are back with permissions...
Made it with rom toolbox...
The only thing still changed is the bootanimation!!! It only depends on this.
How can get the stock at&t animation back???
Plssss.

I guess you are flashing a 4.2.2 MMS.apk on a 4.1.1 rom so it's not going to work.
Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1637121
It's for 4.0.4 but should work on 4.1.1, if it not work then restore the original MMS.apk you can get it from one of the 4.1.1 roms on the forum.
