A placeholder for now, and tested only by yours truly (NSCollab Sprint 1.0.60, ADW EX Launcher) but it's very easy and will allow you to keep your scrolling wallpaper. I'll update this after work.
Edit: LauncherPro is a no-go, bro. I'll monkey around inside the apk and see if I can't get to the bottom of this long-standing issue because frankly I love the hell out of this launcher.
Edit: Zeam runs just fine. With scrolling wallpaper, even.
Here's a screenshot in the meantime (NSCollab 1.0.60, ADW EX):

Yeah, I tried that! You are right! They can also perform that. Thanks!
New theme by me and MVODesign, it includes over 40 custom icons + a shape for all the other icons that makes the theme looks perfect with all your installed apps!

Hi guys,
Whenever i tried using nova launcher replacing icon with custom icon made using "SimpleText" with 100% BG transparenct , the icon turned out to have a black BG behind just like the Screenshot attached below. I would like to achieve the simple text icon with 100% BG transparent just like the "Tasker" icon shown. So far im only able to achieve it either through simpletext's widget(Not an option for jump page) or icon theme pack (Hard to find text icon that what i wanted). Any suggestions to fix this issue??

This is due to the theme, but just a bug with the OS. Force close Gboard and the issues should be resolve. At the moment there are not workaround or fix yet.
I found that when you're switching to another keyboard (Microsoft Swiftkey in my case) and then back to Gboard, this transparent bar is filled
