Not at home so can't they out the beta desktop but installed the apk and uploaded my photos and got my first bonus 500mb. Gonna delete them from Dropbox and upload again until I can get home

I think its the automatic upload only you could do that but youd have to take quite a bit of pics.
I had already posted this on android apps section but maybe I should have done here like you

Lmao, nice! I tried deleting my uploaded pics from Dropbox and reuploading them but it seems to be too smart for that. Or dumb. It won't upload the same ones twice.

There seems to be a stop at 5 gigs for this method. I bumped from 2 to 7 gigs, and it seems to have stopped. Best method is to start the camera with filming and just leave it at that. When it stops start recording again. ~20 min gives 500 mb more

I'm hoping that when those 4.0 Sense devices come out with their 50GB of Drop box space there'll be a buildprop hack so we can all upgrade. I've already got 2 Box.net accounts with 50GB each and a Bitcasa account but Dropbox is just so much more functional.

No you need to use the auto upload feature, ie you need to take enough videos/pictures to fill up 500MB, the first 500MB is from first upload though

true true. but even the ads don't get in the way. they rarely showed up. i had to pay for my gf's so she can nab it on the iphone.
So I'm rooted with the liberated Rom, but I still can't get it on my phone. I clicked the link above but it won't work. What am I doing wrong?

do you have app-sideloading enabled? if you're using liberated rom R004 or higher it should have an app to enable it.
if so, try downloading it to your SD Card and install from there through your phone.

yeah it lags more in the levels after you get the fat black birds. and the animation of their explosion is completely missing. not a huge issue though.

if you intend on playing it for long periods, go to settings and turn off your internet/data connection before.. it stops the ads from appearing and *almost completely* reduces the lag.
Fully addicted to this game beat all the levels, waiting for more.

yes.you need to connect to the internet to use this app. you can use wifi.3G,or connect to zune to use the service.
i already update to version 1.1 it's much smoother than the first one.It keeps trying to load but it didn't.Thanks for the update.

this app contains "adult content" so the microsoft will not allowed..
nice ! great app works on dft 7714 on my hd7 ... there isnt a search option but none the less a great app . btw hot images is in the market place and has adult content.
Honestly, by no means to offend you, but I think this app isn't really appropriate to be distributed here, as it contains hardcore porn images and not all users around here are 18 years old.

+1 on the HD7. App non responsive, seems to hang on page load.
Shame as the app looks very promising, will check back for an updated release.

Have tried the app on 7392, 7004, 7712 and 7720 (whilst upgrading yesterday). Same issue with sporadic load on all O/S versions, seems to be hit and miss on each page because if you reload enough it will eventually work.

I bought 100Gb of Google Drive thanks to all the positive hype but so far have been disappointed. It works as promised for non-document data, the webintent "Open In" seems useful, but that's all about it. So much functionality is missing, it's irritating.
The most frustrating thing however is the treating of documents as shortcuts that do not contain the actual document but only a shortcut to open it on Google Docs. You want to open your resume in Office? Tough ****. Google doesn't like that.
I can't even open a RTF-file in G-Drive on my phone.
Edit: Wow, even Dropbox can't do it. What is this? 2011?
I just wish Google Drive had auto picture upload like Dropbox and Sugarsync.
I know Google+ has it, but I wish it were an option on Drive too...
I think G-Drive gonna be great if it gets full Android Integration! But now, i use Dropbox!

Yup, I think its an extra GB per referal too which is nice because it's one of the less well known ones.... Encrypted too, very secure.

Drive. I love integration and consolidation. Drive syncs with Docs and I like that. I just wish Drive didn't outright replace the Docs shortcut in the desktop version.

I was curious about that. Thanks for confirming. Even after removing it though, my battery still rapidly decreases while the phone has the screen off doing nothing. Nothing else is keeping it awake. I have no idea how that's possible.
Also Google Drive doesn't have public link sharing from the desktop. I prefer Dropbox any day. There's no reason to switch thus far unless you want a lot of storage for a cheap price.
Haven't noticed any drop in battery life after installing Drive, but i'll keep an eye on it from now on.

Plus the upload size limit is terrible! Something like you can only upload 100mb files!
There aren't many providers who offer large amounts of storage for free. I for one don't mind the upload limit.
Been using box for about 3 months now and I've had no issues with it. It has a decent android app too.
Plus, Titanium Backup Pro syncs directly to Box. Good way to keep a backup of your apps (Which don't usually exceed 100mb)

I already have 50 free gigs from an Android promotion awhile ago. So it would be pretty sweet if I had the Nexus 4, so I could attempt to see if they would upgrade my account to 100gigs
A "friend of mine" did this on an LG display phone in a carrier store and it worked in upgrading his account no matter what phone he used. Login once from am LG phone and the 50GBs are yours. This of course was over a year ago. They could have fixed that by now.

I never had a 100mb upload issue I have a couple movies and my digital comic collection on there the comics are in a 5gb zip I'm pretty sure if you use the desktop client there are no limits

This. I backup all my Titanium backups to Box. Works like a charm. I don't care to use Box for anything else.

Yea but to my knowledge in order to get the desktop client you will need to upgrade which isn't free.
I didn't use Box before, went ahead and signed up on my G2x. Thanks for the tip. Between Box, Dropbox, Skydrive, and Drive, I don't think I should have any storage woes. Ever.

Since yesterday I'm a proud owner of a One. It cost some time, but now I'm done with the first overall settings. However, despite I have also set the camera upload and the HTC backup on Dropbox, I haven't got the promised 25 GB of extra storage on my Dropbox account.
Anybody having noticed the same or an idea what I made wrong?

i got it from my previous phone and still have it
I got the additional 25GB, and also have an additional 50GB (also for 2 yrs) from being a Samsung user, so I have a lot of storage available to me at the moment!
Thx for the replies, but the answer is, apparently much simpler than thought: Whereas on the U.S. help pages of Dropbox it is already announced that Sense 5.0 phones (and those with Sense 4 and 4+) are eligible for additional 23 GB of storage, the equal German site still lacks the mentioning of Sense 5.0.
Apparently, Dropbox Germany is even slover with the updating of their services than HTC with their deliveries of the One... :crying:
