No dice, I just tried to port it over and it requires other files. gingerbread files dont easily port over to 2.2.

Slowest gallery on earth.

Hey guys
I'm on jvp using speedmod and no matter what combination of kernel I use or stock rom the gallery is just absolutely horrid.
Was just wondering if anyone had the apk of the nexus gallery our a fast version of the galaxy gallery for me to install because out is absolutely infuriating how long it takes to load.

Video chat

Is anyone having any success using any of the apps for video chat!? Ive tried tango and the camera is too zoomed in. Qik just shows a green screen of.the person I'm chatting with. Any help!?

I use the modded skype app with enabled video chat and it works flawlessly. The AOSP gtalk embedded in overcome ROM works awesomely.
The skype app is in app and themes section look it up.

Are you on a stock 2.2 Froyo or something else? Skype video does not work on my 2.2 Froyo Tab 7 and as far as i know seems to only work on 2.3 Gingerbread and above.

Can I install the modded Skype on galaxy s 4g? I need that for my girlfriend I just can't get any to work at all

Music application for ics

Hey every one I just flashed MeDroid ics for nexus one the rom is stable but drain more battery any way in the rom google play music is installed as stock music app but I don't like it any suggestions for good music player with all qualities last time when i flash medroid v4 I find music player which have shake and flip to pause features I need this music player or any other good one...... any help.....

1st. Why did you flashed an old rom. Install texasice or BCM

Evervolve ics is not working for me wifi isn't working with evervolve also no control for music in notification widget and BCM is very slow for me

is aokp rom for nexus one fine i mean nearly stable and which other kernel should i use !!!!!! i am afraid of aokp what is aokp what is the difference between Aosp and aokp

Flash drewis kernel look on texasice thread AOKP is cm9 + lot of tweaks and more personnalization (status bar....)

I use double twist its very nice and it has an excellent equalizer. n7player is very good too but if you do not want to pay you only have a few days trial
