Droid 3 running for 12+ hours and still have 100% battery... Am I dreaming?
I wiped/reset my XT862, RSD'd 5.6.890 to it (to get off a non-rootable 5.7.894), wiped/reset again, rooted, and started freezing bloatware for the first time. Is it possible one of the apps i thought was bloatware was actually a battery meter? I don't think so, but want to double check.

[A] Yes, your meter is clearly broken

Turns out it was legit. I streamed music to my bluetooth speakers for about 6 hours today and am now down to 20%.

Happens to me too. Sometimes a battery pull brings it back up. Sometimes it doesn't so I'm not too sure why it happens.
There is another forum on here about doing a battery recalibration. In there I suggest there is a miscommunication between the battery data and the display. But it looks to be more than that. Your battery shouldn't be the problem. It will display that you have 20% but in reality you have something like 30%. I have had the same issue, but it still takes forever for the battery to fully die.
Mine does the same thing but then it'll slowly go from like 20 to 50% in a couple hours without charging or even plugging it into anything so I never really worried about it...

Does anyone know what's causing this?
So, we cause a triple murder before breakfast, start a race war before dinner - that's uh, that's a pretty good day.
Well...I'm pretty sure that restarting your phone uses a good chunk of it's battery seeing as you are stopping everything and then re-opening it basically.
maybe you must calibrate your battery, or try 2-3 full cycle battery charging..sorry just my simple thought
worth the try,tx for the input!
Sometimes after a kernel install the battery stat is incorrectly reflected...a reboot would pick this up but as has been mentioned, give it a couple of full cycles and see if you still have the issue.
Download battery calibration from playstore and do the calibration.

Hey guys...
Usually my Xperia SP goes 2%down during night...but all of sudden, yesterday it went 40%down during the night. I really have no idea why this is happening... I included 3 pictures from the BetterBatteryStats app, it looks like that my phone wasnt even in the deep sleep because "Awake" stat is 15hours (that is probably the time since i unpluged the charger when it says 100% charged)

You can freeze that system apps or you can try to reset your phone
i had the same thing ,but when using CM11 , that rom flies through the battery
My battery life has gotten significantly worse since updating to sense 6 even after a factory reset and I don't know why.. Also I am getting high awake times out of nowhere and I dont know how to get rid of them even in extreme powering mode. I will post screenshots and I want to get this problem fixed ASAP.

Last time I had issues, mind you it was after flashing many many different roms, kernals, hboot's and radios, RUU'd and took the phone back to full stock then re-unlocked and flashed everything, getting much better battery life now.
With that being said, it looks like you have used 27% in 9 hours. That is better then what I normally get. Maybe try the full RUU Route? Last case test I guess.
I started noticing extreme battery drain around the time I began fooling around with the lollipop rom builds that began popping up in the forums last month, so I started trying to look into it. This is what I found: (this isn't a good example because of a short timeframe, but at times it's been up to 30k wakelocks over 6 hours)

I've tried searching Google and of the 2 posts that even come close, I can't make sense of it.
My phone is currently disconnected and has been for some time, so I can't tell if it's searching for service, even though I keep it in airplane mode, with Wi-Fi on only when I need it, turned off background data, even froze the phone app. Still no luck. Same thing when I switched back to cm11.
Is there anyone or there who knows what this is about and what I can do about it?
***ANY and ALL info is GREATLY appreciated***

If you flash the stock 4.4.4 firmware for your device with fastboot/mfastboot it will likely be fixed.
Why you're getting this.... I don't know. Can't find anything on it either.
