If this was a built in app on a previous phone, just look around the internet for a system dump and pull the .apk out of /system/app
I flashed my XT862 to XT883 ROM, the stock dialer comes with a build-in call recording function that works very well. Give a lock to this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1249720
Hello, how can activate Call Recording on S3 Mini?
If it goes in the big brother it would also work in the Mini?

so, with call recording, could the phone then be used as an answering machine? Because I would just LOVE if it worked, and I would definitely root my phone asap!
You can try this : [Mod] Enable Call-Record Feature Android 4.1.1 / 4.1.2
What program to use to record calls on my s3 mini on 4.4.2 system? I use a few programs like Automatic Call Recorder, and some paid variants like Call Record, NG Call Record, Pro Call Recorder, MAX Call recorder and all programs record only from mic, so i dont hear anything what my interlocutor saying or i hear but very poorly.

Hi I've started using a app from the playstore cube acr. It seems to be working very good. Records all calls apart from Bluetooth headset ones.

I'm on the UK so we don't have native call recording. If I change to the international ROM will this allow me to natively record phone calls ?
Thanks

I'm in the UK lad, just use the OnePlus dialer and it'll work fine..
None of the variants have native call recording. However the OnePlus dialer does, just run through the guide.. It's here on the 10 pro forum.
Thanks larr
