SD Card cant get mounted

hey guys
i flashed V20Q with smartflash, coming from CM 7 rom.
since the first boot, the sd card cant be mounted.
in the memory management, i can connect the sd card.
if i do it, shortly my p990 prepares the sd card, but after a second he says, i can remove the sd card now.
can someone help me?

can anyone give a cwm zip flashable file to revert from internal sd card as external sd card
i flashing my phone from temasek gb rom to pacman rom (JB 4.1.2)for old bootloader but it always got stuck on lg logo it's seem after format data and wipe,the internal sd card still become as external sd card ,its because system partition or what?
please help

it works and now my firmware is 2.2 stock with internal storage as default but in CWM or TWRP the internal sd card still recognized as ext sd card so can someone help me? to return it to normal?

Something's wrong with my internal sd card

hello guys i don't know happened to my internal sd card ..... i formatted it while flashing a rom and after flashing it the internal sd card was not mounting and apps are giving error that no memory card mounted..... i think there something to do with vold.fstab file of my Xperia v (lt25i)...... Plz do help...
any help would be appreciated
note: i used twrp to flash rom and to format internal sd card
