[Q] LG Thrill Bluetooth A2DP video stutter - LG Thrill 4G

Hello! Салам!
I have LG Thrill 4G. I like to use Bluetooth Earphones to listen to music on it.
But when I try to watch video with bluetooth earphones, trouble I have. The audio, it plays fine. The video, it does not. It is jumpy and jerky and not smooth. Misses frames. Video play normally when not using bluetooth, when I have earphone plugged in.
I have tried Philips SHB7102 bluetooth earphone, motorola S705 bluetooth earphone, and sony MW600 bluetooth earphone.. but it make no different.
I have tried many different type of video file with different bluetooth earphone, and still problem!
I have tried same video file on Dell Streak phone, and HTC Touch Pro II phone, and I do not have this problem with any set of earphones.
Can anyone help me? I use the Stock ROM, I have not changed it.
Thank you from Kyrgyzstan

Listen music from nokia bluetooth hedset

Can i Listen music usin nokia bH-104? I can talk trough them but if i want to listem music, phone playing on the speaker. I have android 2.1 with sense.
It's a mono headphone, so it won't be able to play music. You need stereo headphones for that.
I dont understand why if the phone plays through only one speaker (mono) then why isnt it possible to play the music through only one BT ear piece. There must be some way. When I played music a lot through my phone and had my BT hooked up... sometimes the music would keep playing through my BT while i was answering a call. Although this was a glitch, it shouldn't be too hard for a software engineer to figure out how to let it play through the BT any time.
The Bh-104 doesn't have the Bluetooth profile to support music (A2DP).
The Nokia BH-104 is mainly used for voice calls. It will not support listening to music. You need to look for a headset that support (A2DP), perhaps the BH-103 or BH-214
It supports music play, but the quality is very very poor ... I have a nokia bh-207 and it works ...
Just FYI, I bought the Samsung WEP870 awhile ago on a deal, and it works great for music. Especially since it comes with bluetooth in-ear headphones!
I have a Nokia Stereo Bluetooth Headset, and it´s going
nokia bh-503 works pefect
Yes there is a way!

[Q] Bluetooth Audio Streaming A2DP Poor Quality

Hi Folks!
Recently got a bluetooth FM transmitter so i can go hands free in the car and use phones music player too
However the audio is very heavily compressed when using A2DP - no bass and the top end frequencies turn to mush - ie not good enough to use
Checked all eq settings and different FM frequencies, no difference
plugged the analogue audio cable direct from the phone to the bluetooth FM transmitter and immediately got perfect sound again
I dont see many poeple talking about this on this forum or many answers but the closest seems to be windows phones can access and modify registry settings to check and increase the bitrate
My current thinking is the bitrate (or bitpool) over bluetooth A2DP is set too low, or when the phone and FM transmitter pair the phone selects a bitrate that's too low for quality audio (but ok for calls)
My question is does anyone know how modify the bitpool settings on the Galaxy S please?
I am going to get a custom ROM and will very happy when the phone is really mine so if that's what it takes I'm up for it
Many many thanks!

I have the Galaxy S on 3 UK since August. I use the bluetooth to transmit sound to my Samsung surround sound system (as I don't own a stereo). I don't notice significant quality issues doing this. Are you sure both your devices are supporting A2DP. Not all A2DP devices talking nicely with each other, so you may be failing back to the normal Bluetooth frequencies which are more focus of the vocal range. I'm looking a car stereo's right now that support A2DP so I can stream my audio from my phone straight to my stereo, my phone is becoming the centre of my entertainment!!
I'm running Doc's ROM on my phone, can't recommend moving to his Froyo ROM's and an enhanced kernel enough, my phone is working so much better with his ROM, but there are lots out there to choose from.
I am using A2DP in my car too and I find the sound quality being very good.
The thing is, the default Android audio player (Music Player) is pretty poor and often it lags for me.
Since I moved to MiuiMusic (Search here) all those lags are gone and it works perfectly and smoothly in my car.
Now, as pointed already to you, all BT devices do not communicate flawlessly between each other sometimes...
works great for me, streaming from the SGS to the car CZ 509 deck
i don't even carry CDs in my car anymore
even the lovely sub base sound comes through clearly.
nothing better like a Sonic Massage meanwhile you are driving
I wanted to create a new thread on this, but then I've seen this one. Is there no one with a solution except flashing cyanogen?
It could be a setting on your bluetooth receiver.
For example, I've got a pair of Sony DR-BT21G bt stereo headphones. When you hold a special button combination, it switches it from "high quality" to "any quality", and will just select whatever bitrate it thinks is best, usually, something that sounds about half as good.
Try looking in your manual for troubleshooting and see if there are any settings that you can change on the receiver itself?

Hmm, i using Sony MW600 BT headphones. I've checked the manual, but there's nothing about quality :/
But i dont think that's the problem anyway, as i tried Cyanogenmod and it got perfect quality then. But otherwise cyanogen is quite useless for me on my Galaxy S, its just too buggy. There must be someone who can change the bitpool quality on the stock gingerbread to the highest possible...
Exact same issue for me (as described by DJ LIBRE), I have a Belkin Wireless Bluetooth Music Receiver and the sound quality is horid... it's got nothing on AirPlay which I think is still kind of average quality!
I also wonder if there is a highbitrate setting that can be adjusted?
Running CyanogenMod Nightly #130 on SGS.
After getting used to listening to 24/96 FLAC's with the Voodoo Sound mod enabled with a custom built headphone amp and semi decent can's all I can say is BT Audio is a waste of time!
Has anyone noticed whether the music player was set to 5.1 surround mode? Had a similar issue where turning off the 5.1 fixed the sound streaming...

hd7 bluetooth audio

my hd7 will not play any media through the moto s9 bluetooth headset.
phone calls work, but nothing else does.
-no ringing, no zune music or video, no radio, nothing.
normally this just pretty simple stuff. just connect and your good.

I know for a fact that video dies not work via BT. But audio and games audio work on mine.
Sent from my HD7 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
HD7 Bluetooth audio problem
I've just discovered today that my HD7 when connected to a Jabra Cruiser plays music and calls through bluetooth but the audio from any video only sounds through the HD7's own speaker, this is so disappointing!!!
I thought that the phone is brilliant but the OS makes it a dissaster.

[Q] Distorted music through BT headset

Hi,
If I listen to music on my Optimus 2X with my SE MW600 the music gets distorted. It's like i'm using a cheap headhone. But the headset worked good with my Nexus One and if i'm plug it with the 3,5 jack to my 2X, its sounds great. So the problem is with the bluetooth and just with music, becouse if i'm watch videos on youtube, it's perfect. I tried near all of the music players (PowerAMP, MixZing, Winamp, PlayerPro,...) but all of them makes the same distorted sound.
I tried the stock ROM, and now i'm using Modaco FR17 Fear Edition 10 but nothing changed. It was with my stock baseband (405), but now, i'm installed the 614, but the music is still distorted.
Any tips?

original Headset Issue

Hello,
I was listening FM radio through the original headset, suddenly someone called me. I disconnected the headset and I received the call. When I joined back the headset, sound quality was bad. I have tried to MP3, apk Tune-Radio or youtube, web video, web youtube.
Now the interesting.
This headset works without problems on my old galaxy spica.
The headset from the galaxy spica also does not work on my new NOTE.
Normal headphones KOSS works on the NOTE without any problems.
When it happened I had andorid 2.3.5 now i have 4.0.4 without root.
DO you know anybody about this issue?
THX.
