So guys i need help... when i unlocked my bootloader first kernel was been alfs kernel v4 then my wifi restart after 5-10 min , after that trying with all roms same problem...so now i try to relock and when i relock wifi work fine, ok now i try again to unlock bootloader but same problem...did i must myb change sems277 ( don't know now rly tag ) ... omnius or where i fail? please help me thanks!

Did you unlock your network with OMNIUS? If so you cannot put on a custom kernel because the network and wireless doesn't work. Lock your bootloader and keep it on a stock kernel
hmm ok ... i will try ...
my problem is when i was on wifi and i go on browswer and after 5-10minutes my wifi reboot lost connection...and again connect, i hate this .... in some multiplayer games (ex.zynga poker) i play and error establishing connection, please reconnect again. don't know why this, on all kernel's .... when i relock bootloader wifi work fine :S

And you are sure you're close enough to your router? Also, try in the Wifi Settings (Settings > Wireless Networks > Wifi Settings) to press the 'Menu' button and tap "Advanced", there change the sleep to "Never".
(I'm not sure about the translations to English, since i'm using Android in Dutch)

Omnius is used to unlock your network not your bootloader. Did you try the latest version of Alfs kernel and dont forgot to install vold update? Did you try nAa kernel latest version? Try these Roms on GingerDx. Let me know if the Wifi disconnects and obviously make sure that you are within range of your router
2 meter's of router... -.-' , and i try all kernels again same problem ... and one thing did i must use OMNIUS or what?

Yea i did i dont understand whats wrong. Would reflashing the kernel help thats all i can think of.
Try to reflash your rom and clear all the previous stored wifi networks(if any)
I guess u could try full wipe and reflashing rom, it should work then...

Thanks just reflashing the rom worked and it fiwed my ext4 partition
Dhcpd isn't working for me too, but you can also connect via Ip (even if your problem is solved now).
That means that you can enter the Router / DNS IP by yourself et voila it's working.

Hi I have SE xperai x8 with unlocked bootloader and gingerdx v.26 with alfs kernel. I didnt have any problem for 2 or 3 monthssince i use gingerdx v26. But Today while i was listening to music suddenly i noticed taht my signal strenght bar became gray with "x" above the bar like there is no signal.. So thats what it said on signal.I had perfect signal and suddenly it lsot the signal. I have been waiting for 2 hours still no signal. Tried to change the sim card still the same. I went to the options to see if the unlocked bootlaoder is the reason but no it doesnt find any mobile networks... You see here in Bulgaria we have 3 mobile networks it always find the 3 of them but now it doesnt find anything. Also the GPS doesnt detect any GPS Satellites!
Did you flashed addons ?? maybe that can help

thought about this mate but i barely think its software problem because it wall happend suddenly. You see i have never had problems with this core or rom. Moreover when its a software problem it usually finds the networks but cant access them its different here whe n iclick to search for networks it sohudl find 3 but it donst find even 1. Also mobile network stopped working with the no signal bug and gps tooo...

OH MY GOD HELP I relocked my bootlaoder accidently while in alfs kernel now it cant booti t stays bacl screen and jsut vibrates whe ni click the button but than nothing. When i try to flash sth it enters flash mode and restarts after 2 seconds and keeps restarting :X while in flash mode and cant boot

Probably won't work but it's worth a try:
Try repairing your phone using PCC. or SEUS. disclaimer though, i have no experience with unlocked x8 bootloader.

This is for the last option! if didn't work to repair it using PC companion or SEUS
1. download X8 E15i 2.1.1.C.0.0._un.ftf from file crop and you willl get your phone on 2.1
2. prepare your flashtool and s1tool
3. make sure if your baseband is 015 and phone type is not 11w29+ !!!
4. root your phone by clicking padlock icon in the Flashtool!
5. install xrecovery with flashtool by clicking the cross icon
6. unlock bootloader using s1tool
7. flash the latest kernel (nAa or alfs)
8. backup
9. factory reset, wipe data, etc
10. Flash ROM (minicm or Gdx)
DOne!
1.relock bootloader with setool.
2. unlock bootloader with flashtool
3. this is it.
4. must work!

i hv already gone through that process...when i used da s1tool i had "NOT RECOGNIZED SIM LOCK CERTIFICATE".....and i continued by using the "msm7227_semc"..i turned da phone on and realised that the sim network is not working..but the phone bootloader waz unlocked.
Try relocking you're bootloader..
First get stock 2.1 back on you're phone as guided in the link posted then as 2010matej stated above relock you're bootloader using s1tool and then try unlocking you're bootloader using flashtool as in the guide and ya before unlocking check sim ock certificate..

Solk2 has released a patch and also He founded some modules that works fine
So lets wait for our devs to make a Kernel Including all this
Maybe then we will have WiFi without any problems

But I was been able to connect with my friends phone to my wifi and with my phone i dont have luck to connect -_-

Ok. If you are having authentication problem ..Just leave the WiFi on and then reboot the phone
When the phone boots you will be Connected to your WiFi
HINT: Press that THANKS button cause this method Will work

forget the network
and turn off WiFi then
turn it on and connect

you can also run wlan test to see if your wifi is working properly

I have big issue with [ROM][4.4.2][Team P8] Carbon Kitkat [01.05.14], i instaled it into my GT-I9070P and everything works ok, but my mobile cant detect Sim card and when i tried to find new network i get message " Error while searching for networks".
Now i dont know what to do... i´m trying to fix it for like 5 hours... And yes... This is my first root and flash of my phone.

Well on some previous versions of CM based ROMs we had WIFI toggle problem. It was not turning on, solution was to reboot phone. Try with it.
And you need to do factory reset and wipe cache and dalvik cache after installation. You can do it now if you was not before.

Yesterday i did clean instalation... First i instaled Rom, than i instaled some update for rom(from I9070P to I9070), then i wipe cache, dalvic cache and did factory reset... And everything worked awesome!!! Even wifi... But when i changed wifi (I moved from home to school wifi), i stoped to work... And everytime i tried to connect to some wifi... i get only " WPS server stop working" or "Failed connect to network.".
And i also tried some instructions for wifi.. like... Turn on bluetooth, turn on wifi, turn off bluetooth
or changing name in wifi direct(a wasnt able to, a get message" failed to change name".)

Nothing... nothing... After reboot wifi worked... but only for few minutes... and i´m not able to forget networks... nothing... it ask me to write password... i did that and... again... Failed to connect... Isnt there any diferences between gt-i9070P and gt-i9070??? Do i have to change something in recovery mode or something? Or my phone is just "special"?
Sorry guys for my questions... I know i must be irritating.. but i just want to solved it! :/

You will have to see with that ROM developer, I did not use it so I can't tell you 100% sure if it works or not for I9070 too.
