I downloaded the zip file from here [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26140930], but I cannot successfully flash it into cm9 in the recovery mode. Can anyone help? Thanks
Might be wrong, but think that the Samsung s suite will only work on Touchwizz roms.

CM9 is AOSP based. And None of the Stock Samsung ICS apps will work on it!!
Hope this clears!!
so if i wanna keep using cm9, I have to wait until there is an update including those apps?
They wouldn't work for this reason as well:

You cannot have odexed apps in a deodexed Rom (CM9).
Hi guys, I just wanna ask about Rom Toolbox and ROM Manager.
° Is it safe to install Rom toolbox to our SG Mini?
° What are the risks, since it has Rom manager included in it?
° Why is it not safe to install Rom manager for our Mini?
° What are the risks?
° What would happen if I install or do any changes using it?
I think that would be all.
Thanks

1. It is safe if u just install ROM manager, but don't flash CWM using Rom Manager.
2. Whats the risk? It'll brick your phone.
3. Just by installing it, you will do no harm. But by flashing cwm using rom manager, you have a 99.9% chance of bricking your phone. By using it to flash roms doesn't brick your phone i think, not really sure.

So I can use the other included features in ROM Toolbox? Why does rom manager brick galaxy mini by installing cwm? Just wondering but I heard someone successful installed cwm using it. He's the 1%

It bricks ur phone because cwm for galaxy mini is not in the list of supported devices. Or something along those lines

Yes I guess u can. I tried it once with my stock rom. All tlit did was to reboot into recovery then flash... Which I could have done manually too. So its kinda useless for our device

tom toolbox
except for rom manager, i used almost every other feature of rom toolbox [pro] without a single problem
(fonts, bootanimation, backup/restore, root manager, sd boost....)
custom rom - MD Utility based on CM 7.2 nightly
handy .apk
only flashing recovery is risky nothing else
hey i want to restore my rooted galaxy mini to factory setting, as i want to sell it. please help!
Ok, so you must unroot first. See the attachement. Then flash the zip in recovery mode. But I recommend you to flash an official firmware with Odin because your phone will be fully clean after this.
Where i must download link for root galaxy mini 2.3.6 ?

I think you should find her a custom ROM that support app to sd.
I'm currently using CM10 by rohan007, follow this if you want extra space for the phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29407740&postcount=4
Hey guys I'm new here. Can anyone tell me what is the best Modded ROM for s3 mini that has no issues? I read about maclaws works and the only problem is It has no instructions how to flash it. I am not very good at flashing and I'm afraid to brick my phone.
Thanks I'm from Philippines BTW,
I use DmodV6 and i've had no problems with it at all but better check it out first

If your phone is rooted and it has cwm or twrp just flash the latest maclows rom reboot then flash gapps but dont forget doing full wipe before flashing, but my personal suggestion use custom base rom like lite rom by sonin and faust rom because if you use cynogenmod it will lose some cool feature of samsung like smart stay, flip to pause, acces status bar inthe middle of the game. For now I use faust v1.5 rom
