HTC Diamond stock rom, is multilingual?

Hello, in the stock rom from the diamond can you change the language?
A friend just got one on miami but it's in english and want's to change it to spanish.
Is it necesary to flash?

The Rom has a language. Must Flash with a Spanish Rom.
Search for diamond Stock Rom in Spanish.

i love this rom but i need support arabic langauge

I need to ask why the developers in BoudzDroid make Arabic supported
but in another rom can't make it !
I think if they ask who make the custom rom BoudzDroid
will help them ..
I can't found any good custom rom supported Arabic language ..
and the Stock Rom is suck ..
Plz we need help !!!

Not possible without an existing ROM with Farsi and for XXLSZ you only have the German (European) official and for Chinese/Korean the leaked releases (ZSLM5).
Even if you have a Rom with another language: it is a lot of work to add the language files to the apks etc.
I think you should wait for the official update in your country.
