I think it is froyopro v2.3 + stock Kernel
hey all,for me it is minicm9 and ICS nAa kernel.it is a little buggy, but if you look it is the second version released,it is goddamn good.games work great, swap to 128 mb,and oc to 690 MHz.love it

Lol still on Gingerbread???
Why gingerbread?
Use MiniCM9
Active developer, Good performance, Not buggy. Updates always available.
But if you insist on GB use MiniCM7, Development stopped but it is a Release-Quality build.
SRY FOR OFF TOPIC:
everything is great at my phone, but at the repair shop they didnt mount the graphics card right so anything that needs 3d has screen shutters all over the screen.but minicm9 has more beautiful gallery and it doesnt require 3D !!!!
So i have been messing around a bit with the ICS and i think i have something. Ill be needing 1 Cypress user to test if it work's for Cypress.
Download:
http://www.multiupload.com/7DEISSO26Z
i will try it when i will return back from school
Downloading... but does it work on non-cypress devices
Tested and Cypress here.can boot with alf kernel...but screen didnt work :-(
good job anyway.
WiFi , Bluetooth not working.. can do & receive calls but can't hear from both sides.... bit laggy but OK... camera not working.... media sound is very low... does not recognize ear phones... very similiar to v7II in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363903 ...... please rectify GSm first then wifi.... rest can wait... mine here is nAa kernel
Hey man. For the moment we don't want create multiple thread and multiple version. I'm work with DX and Defcon for a good version. Please wait and don't create multiple version. Thanks

I wasnt making a rom or anything i just needed a tested if the Cypress works!
Nice work...keep it up...i have tested your ROM
Kernel E15_nAa-06b_2.6.29.6-nAa-06b cypress not working
Kernel E15_nAa-06_2.6.29.6-nAa-06 cypress not working
Kernel X8_03-rc1_Alfs cypress still not working
Kernel X8_04.7-with_chargemon_Alfs cypress still not working
Kernel X8_05-with_chargemon-no_fps_cap_Alfs cypress still not working
Kernel x8_028_FXP cypress still not working
Kernel x8_030_FXP cypress still not working
Kernel FXP043_wifi_X8_CUSTOM cypress still not working
Kernel X8_update5_X8_update5 cypress still not working
Kernel x8_CM71 cypress still not working
BUT using stock Kernel i can touch and play with white circle same like visualkei post..
sorry for my bad english : (
I use Cypress and the touch isnt working. I guess you neeed to find the correct driver and make it function with the ROM itself. I can wait for a year it doesnt matter
well then whose rom is it....

Can all the testing take place on this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363903&page=1 Thank you all. I makes it easier to identify fixes what work, and which ones don't.
Cypress user fix this rom using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=20035688&postcount=1191 and flash this rom using recovery + flash back your kernel to stock kernel.. its working for cypress..

You may want to upgrade to something more recent like FroyoPro v2.4 by lrakkarl as racht abandoned development of his X8 ROMs (he's on a Xperia Ray now).

Maybe post your problem in the nAa kernel thread in the Development section - you will get a broader MiniCM7 user audience there - and in case it's a Kernel bug chances are higher that nAa will see it.
EDIT: Since you are below 10 posts ... up your post count to be able to post in threads in the dev section

That doesn't fix his problem!!!
He can try at least 30 diferents rom on here. If he's asking for help, I guess it's cause he don't want to change his rom to another one.
Maybe u should make a full wipe cause I used this rom almost 2 month and never had any issue with bluetooth

Bro, it seems you have hardware problem you need to check-in sony service center, and good thing is that you lost your warranty(if under duration). now you need pay extra bugs for the repair.
I want to report a problem I'm having ginger in Alfs + dx
ALFS use v8 and v 23b gingerDX
I'll send a screenchot, is a bug
when I'm messing in my X8,
suddenly it's a bug shake the screen as if it was problem in Video.
I just installed the gingerDx ALFS + and V 23B
I want this bug is fixed, why not to stay with the ginger Alfs V8 and V23 dx ^ ^ awaiting response

To make one thing clear right away...
There is NO such thing as DEMANDING a bug fix.
Just in case you failed to notice it - we are NOT getting paid for developing ROMs or Kernels.
That being said...
Screen displacements usually happen on Alfs when you overclock.
Lower your overclock or revert to stock clock speeds.
The exact cause of the problem isn't really known yet - it could relate to the Adreno libs or to the Kernel.
The problem will be fixed at some time, but "I want this fixed" is the wrong approach of yours.
EDIT: And in the meantime you may want to try the fix suggested by djnilsje I posted in the GDX Bugs & Solutions thread:
Problem: Screen cuts on Alfs NO FPS CAP
Solution: Flash to an FPS capped version of Alfs instead
I have that flickering problem in minicm7 2.1.9 too
I think it happens when i overclock cpu @ 825mhz
Sent from my E15i
I think GDX 23b has no any bug.

Try not being so anally retentive and a little more understanding, and grasp the context of what others are trying to say, because this isn't an American or British community forum, but, an international forum, and not everyone is fluent in English.
The word 'want' in some languages DOESN'T translate to DEMAND, but WISH, or WOULD LIKE. Verstehen?
hehe

Omg, no. I have used like many many roms that run on Alfs for Gdx or stock and everytime this problem. All roms that run nAa 11 or Alfs for Cm7 or nAa ICS 01 and 02 Wifi works like it should be working. I have noticed that with stock and Alfs for Gdx kernel WiFi is very slow. Like why would anybody want to use these kernels?

08-cm7 is new and for "standard" cm7 roms with tiwlan(wifi driver)
But still, when somebody answers my question? Or says that he/she has the same problem? I cant be the onlyone
I was having the same problem, on ofw wifi was great, on minicm7 it was stuck after 2 mins, now Im on minicm9 and its perfect again
