I don't have an answer for you, just a recommended alternative in case you cannot find My Files.
I put Dual File Manager on every rom I try.

I don't think there is a phone that can use zipped files right out of the box, so you should first unpack the content of the zip, as you would do it on the PC.

pretty sure I've been opening ZIP files on my X1 via the default File Manager without any 3rd party software.
Although I'm guessing the original poster is getting confused between CAB and ZIP because Windows XP likes to treat them as the same.
I'v a question! Please help.
Well, if .zip file contain .cab or .exe then the procedure is lay down.
What in the case of zip files of theme or clock contain only .png file in that.
I mean, how to use such zips??
For more clarity to my question please check attachment enclosed & explain me, "In case I want to install that clock on my WM, how to proceed??"
Thanks in advance!!
You don't use the .zip, you have to copy those .png images into a specific folder.
Or maybe you downloaded the source images, i don't really know, i never installed a new clock theme or something.
Where do you have this file from?

The extracted files from zip u can use to flash in a iMac/macbook and heimdall app.
I've done a bit of searching and haven't managed to find the answer(s) I'm looking for. There are a few decent ROM's around here but nothing specific to what I want as an end result. The ROM's seem to come in ZIP files and open fine in WinRAR. Can I use WinRAR to delete apk files that I don't want to install and still end up with a file safe to flash in Clockwork Recovery? Thanks in advance!
yes you can. But dont extract the zip file (the rom), double click on it, system>app, and then delete what you want I let you here this site for you to see witch apk you can remove/uninstall :

(from cyanogenmod but the same roms are practilly the same)
Thanks! That makes life so much simpler than reading about this Kitchen stuff and such when I just simply want to remove what I consider useless.

I have been running into an issue while trying to flash and change regions for my GW3. I know I have the file that is needed for the AP part of the procedure. But after connecting to my watch via wireless download, Odin will not see the files in file explorer on Windows 10.
Watch is Canada region with latest build, and running Tizen 5.5.0.2.
Have ECG, BP, and Samsung health manager caravan loaded via .apk. Just trying to get sp02 running as well until health Canada approves it for the north.
Has anyone run into this issue? Or any insight to a fix?
?
netOdin and Odin and can only handle 2 fileextension...
Code:
.tar.md5
.tar
Best Regards
So if the file I have downloaded includes the .7z extension as well is there a way to convert it to what Odin will recognize? Sorry if this is covered somewhere. If it is, than I missed it. I'm using the YouTube guide for switching regions. Which was where I got the download link from. I do have experience flashing pixels and iPhones. This is my first foray into Odin for flashing files.

Download 7zip (free open source) https://www.7-zip.org/
Use that to open the .7z file and extract the .tar.md5 file
