Sure. I've attached it.
Its NOT a flashable zip. When you extract the zip you will see both the jpeg image and the .img file.

U will need the Android SDK. (Also make sure you have ENG S-OFF on your phone)
Put your phone into bootloader fastboot. Then in the Android SDK, place the img file in the same folder as the fastboot.exe. Open a CMD window there and type the following commands:-
Code:
fastboot flash splash1 stock_splash.img
fastboot reboot

Technically you can. You will have to create a zip file called PD98IMG.zip and place the img file inside it along with the correct android-info.txt.
Unfortunately, as I have never done it, I won't be able to help you out with this, sorry.

I've extracted it from one of the PD98IMG.zip files for DHD. I've attached it.
Btw, the compression level of the zip should be store and the zip has to be placed in the root of your sdcard (ie not in any folder). Then you will have to boot into bootloader and it should automatically detect the zip file and flash it.
Try it on your own risk, i take no responsibility if anything goes wrong.
EDIT: Rename the IMG to splash1.img and then put into the zip.
It worked ^^

You can do this from terminal emulator. Type flash_image splash path_to_splash_img
path_to_splash_img is path to your splash1.img, like /sdcard/splash1.img
great!!! thx it works

I know you got your answer, but if you had spent some time reading the Andromeda threads in Q&A (a sticky) and Dev you would have gotten your answer easily. This should have been posted in the sticky. That's what it is here for. Please use it before starting a new thread in the future.

No inside the image file, there is a series of *.img file named:image, boot, etc*. you need a special extractor for those.
Are there any options that allow Incredible S ones to different colors without re-writing code cuz I don't know how to do that but follow instruction pretty well, I would appreciate any input

Choose your mods in kitchen
Then go to file upload and upload system files (this takes a while for me; you need to extract your rom to find these files. They are in system/app and system/framework, if youre on a sense rom)
When thats done go to summary and click on submit work to kitchen
go to the pickup page and download your file (takes a ~10mins to be available)
and flash it like you would flash a rom
Easy!!

Any time mate, glad to contribute a bit to the community
Since LG won't release ICS, why not skip ahead a bit and start adding Jelly Bean stuff to GB. Attached are some of the things you can use right away. You must have root.
If you don't follow these instructions properly, it's not my fault if you screw something up. Best to make a nandroid backup before you proceed, mmkay?
Boot animation:
Copy to /system/media, permissions 0644. Might look a little weird since it's 640x640, but you can't have everything on the first day JB's released
Play Store:
Install, done. Or, copy to /system/app, permissions 0644.
It's for US, so not all of the changes will be here. Most notably, you can't buy movies out of US yet (the option will not be there).
Fonts:
Extract the fonts, copy to /system/fonts, permissions 0644, rename to DroidSans.ttf (rename the original to DroidSans.ttf.bak or something) or symlink it to DroidSans.ttf. Do the same for the bold and italic fonts.
Added both Roboto and RobotoCondensed, as well as some more. You can only use Roboto or RobotoCondensed at any one time, you can't have your cake and eat it too
Wallpapers:
Extract them, paste them somewhere, open in gallery, set as wallpaper.
Now, doublecheck your permissions. Failure to set permissions correctly may result in bootloops.
After all that, reboot to enjoy.
PS. All of the zips are not flashable zips, don't even try flashing them.

You can extract the fonts.zip and the wallpapers.zip.
The bootanimation.zip goes in "/data/local"
The Vending.apk goes in "/system/app"

My boot animation.zip is in system/media.I have seen both used ..I'm curious now which would load if I put a diff in each spot...might have to try..
Update: the answer is local/data loaded boot animation when there was one in each spot...however the actual jellybean animation is loading but not displaying right for me ....just some graphics flashing for a sec then black screen til boot...same happened when I replaced file in system media. I think zip is corrupted.

You sure that the ROM is in a .rar file? Maybe you have the wrong file, because I think this link for the ROM and it isn't compressed in a .rar file, it's on a normal .zip.
The link you post is for another version of the rom.
