I rebooted my note earlier today. When the desktop appeared I had only the "applications" ic9n right in the middle of the main shortcut bar, nothing else. Very strange as you can't seem to edit those icons!
This is the default home\launcher thingy that comes with the phone.
Anyone seen this before, or anyone know how to either get the default icons back (without wiping/resetting) or edit them ?
Thanks
It should look like this -
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
But now I get this -

EDIT: I posted this because it might be useful to know how to edit/change the apps on the menu bar .
Goto Applications window press menu button(Left Soft button), then press "Edit", Then Drag and Drop Apps to dock which you need.
lol, thanks for that!
It seems obvious now, but the "edit" option only appears once you select "Grid View", it doesn't show up under "List View", that's why I didn't see it

Hi guys, please help me with this issue, thx in advanced.
When I click the icon of "Missed Phonecall" at the top menu bar, see, there is a blank dialog box down there, it should be "Missed Call....blablabla", and sometimes the dialog title doesn't even appear.

My rom is udK's wm6.5 build which is super nice I love it, but I swear after hard-rest I have done nothing to the phone but just changed sorta icons and organized the startmenu, that's all.
I found that if I disable "Windows Default"(chome) then reset, the dialog box will not be empty and works well, but if i enable "Windows Default" then reset, it becomes blank again...
Please help me
Hello all,
I have found that some WM6.5.3 ROMs has icon-themed themes and label-themed themes. This is the default icon-themed:

When in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\BubbleTiles" you will set:
1. "TextModeEnabled" on "0" (soft-reset the device) then you will see iconized buttons (e.g. lock icon) - Windows Mobile default.
2. "TextModeEnabled" on "1" (soft-reset the device) then you will see text-labeled buttons (e.g. you will see only "Lock" label instead of the lock icon).
usefull and interesting keyreg edit

3) press the button that looks like a tshirt
4)press the middle button that shows up it will give you some color choices
5)select the color you want then press the middle button
Coolest weather widget ever
First off I have tried searching for anything that does this for a bit now, and at least as far as threads on XDA go I found one from 2011.
Basically I just want the text in the attached screenshot to act as a normal home screen folder but display text instead of the folder icon or the app icon previews. By act as a normal folder I mean being able to drag apps into it and be able to expand it with a tap.

I've tried minimalistic text, simple text, and desktop visualizer with no luck. Additionally I've tried using the settings in Nova Prime Launcher but the options it has does not support this idea.
I haven't used it in a year or so, but sounds like something ssLauncher could do.
