Well seeing as fastboot is an Android utility for your computer, I'm thinking no it cannot reflashed on to your phone
hi,
i have motorola milestone. today i tried to replace rom from miui to The froyomod.
the installation failed couple of times so i tried to reboot the system.
the rboot has failed and now the phone is showing me only the Bootloader screen and it writes me this text: (ERR: 1A, 23,35,23,00)
what can i do to bring the phone back to life??? please help me
So are you in fastboot mode?
Try using SBF to stock.

Well I'm no expert but you could also flash the stock recovery.img and boot.img
I had rooted my phone a year or so ago. I installed the update for the phone that was recent at the time, but now I need a new update.
Is there one available currently for my phone?
I can't remember all of the information I am supposed to provide to help with the search for it, so I will need some assistance with remembering how to do all of this.

Post your fastboot getvar all output, but delete your IMEI and serial no. That will give us info we need to try and help you

Oh yes, that's right I need to download the ADB&Fastboot drivers again. Would you be able to post a link to where I can download it from that is reliable and safe?

I use minimal fastboot and adb on my windows 7. Still didn't find a suitable bundle for my 10 though. So, just search for minimal fastboot and adb tool
