Hello!
I installed Cassie's XtraLiteRom v8 LA6 on galaxy note
It's amazing
I needed to install Arabic, I do have the Patch for the LA6..
After I flash it, I coudn't find it under "Language and Keyboard"
Then I installed "SwiftKey X" keypad, and I find the Arabic under its setting (but still not under the system setting)
With "SwiftKey X"I can read Arabic e-mails, browsing in Arabic, also apps like Whatsapp work just fine..
BUT:
texting in Arabic looking fine in my device, but when I send it show's ??? ????? on the other end!
* the phone I'm sending my texts to, is in Arabic, so there is something wrong with my phone.
*Before this rome I had KitchenPro rom LA4, and it works fine with Arabic LA4.
What can I do to make it work?
Anyone? Help!!
Done!
Go to text setting:
Settings > input method> Automatic

Hi, i came from ZSJPK doc's rom which support chinese language interface that can be switch via the setting.
Now i have flash to JVH which only support European language. My question is can i manually add some file or whatever library from ZSJPK into JVH so i will get the choice of chinese language in the setting menu?
Of course i'm not talking about chinese input but the chinese language interface.
Thanks in advance

hello,
i have a problem in the rtl support. i have a hebrew keyborad and it shows the letters fine.
but in the default sms app (as well as in non-default sms apps) the rtl is out of order.
in all the other apps (like - browser and google search) it's o.k.
i have:
stock rom+root
bb: 218
kernel: 2.6.32.9 - dirty
version: v10b
the phone originally bought in bulgaria.
any suggestion?
i know cm7 support it complitly but it's not ready yet.
Could not find a solution yet for the IncS 2.3.3 Virtuous 1.27 ROM.
Can anyone assist here?
I got hebrew sms in backwards , how can we get RTL support?
There is almost 100% support of hebrew RTL in Incredible S if you install Revolution 1.1.7 ROM with arabic addon (Thanks to its chef Mike ).
Works like charm to me, even with hebrew swype.
Good morning to all,
I have recently updated my Samsung Galaxy S i9000 to android 2.3.6 XXJW4 value pack and realized there is no Greek language supported for the samsung keyboard.
Greek language is supported by the OS in general (meaning I can set it in regional settings and have all phone menus in Greek), but I do not have it as an option for my keyboard (sms, contacts etc.)
Is there any way I could install it? Is there probably a latest 2.3.6 release that supports Greek keyboard?
Thank you in advance for any and all replies.
Hey

Theres no official greek lang in d keyboard..
Cheers

Hello Xdaians,
I'm not aware of typical development procedures .
I've used JB Slim Rom, JB ParanoidAndroid Rom, JB AOKP Rom, etc ...
These all are awesome roms, thanks to the developers/contibuters for providing us all these great roms
I was using ParanoidAndroid Rom & tried others too as mentioned above.
I came to know that almost each rom lacks of Indian languages, mainly Hindi & Punjabi (some have Hindi language only).
Whenever I got any Email/Text Message/Facebook Message/WhatsApp Message in Hindi or Punjabi language, no alphabets of hindi or punjabi language are displayed, only punctuations & blank spaces/boxes are displayed.
So, I moved to Stock N7000 ICS 4.0.4 DDLR9 by by CosmoDroid, as it has Hindi as well as Punjabi language previously installed.
I can type text in Hindi as well as in Punjabi language, as keyboard also has these languages as typing languages.
But I'm not happy with the big icons & big menu of this rom, as its dpi is 320.
Kindly somebody guide me, how I can add Hindi & Punjabi language in JB roms (like JB Slim Rom, JB ParanoidAndroid Rom, JB AOKP Rom, etc..)so that the system language should remain as English
but I can read text messages/emails/facebook messages sent to me in Hindi as well as in Punjabi language &
I can reply to those texts with the same language?
I shall be grateful to you.
Regards
nobody is there who can help me ?
It's very very strange
