Power off animation

How do we go about changing the power off animation on this thing? Revolt has a different one and I want to make it something more revolutionary.

Pull battery reboot, if that doesnt work reflash.. Thats what i would do

Try rebooting to recovery and wipe cache, then advanced and wipe dalvic then fix permissions, then reboot. What rom are you on?
