could some one suggest an application that functions like the guard mode in the MIUI... or if some developer could put this feature in his ROM or addon like the 14 toggle mod or Jkays...

I think some of the roms have some of the moto actions. You will have to read them to find out which ones.

No Moto apps are present in any of the ROMs
But in CM 12 based ROMS You have gestures which have been ported
1. if u wave over your phone the display will pulse kinda like active dsiplay
2. You can silence the call also by waving over the Screen
3. You can Open camera by twisting like stock rom
4. You can open flashlight by chop gesture
And in Render Kernel for CM 12 you can double tap to wake the mobile
So either u can use stock + gravity box or move over to CM12 which has theme engine and other useful features
Personally i came back to Stock from cm12 because of Performance and battery

You can get Full Screen Immersive Mode (in landscape) with stock by going into settings > display > fullscreen apps and setting which ever app you want to full screen (this is good for netflix and other video apps) if anyone can figure out how to get portrait (without app cloner) please post it

It is called "Second Space" in MIUI.
You can enable it in settings.
No but work profile is handle by Nova application ( Hub + Boxer ) from my company so no way to use Second Space , what I would like is to have a way to enable/disable work mode ( as a tilde ) like in ASOP roms.
I don't like solid color for control center background.in MIUI 11 it used to have blury effect & in MIUI 12 it is gone.
Is there any way to make it blury in MIUI 12 (Android 11)?
Not possible unless someone develops a tweak for that customization that doesn't break the ROM.
There is a apk in play store named MI controller. You can download it and tweak it. But you have to enable it again and again cause miui optimization disable it whenever you clear your recent apps
