Evening all.
As the Xoom 2 and its variants do not yet have a dedicated forum, could all threads relating to the Xoom 2 have a [XOOM 2] Tag added to the thread title.
This will firstly avoid confusion to the original Xoom users and Xoom 2 users alike.
And, will enable a speedy transfer of all Xoom 2 related threads to the relevant section.
An example of a thread title follows.
[XOOM 2] Tips & Tricks .....
For threads that are only relevant to the Xoom 2 and variants and that do not contain the tag could users post a link to the thread here & I will add the tag manually, once added I will remove the link.
Many thanks for your co-operation.
Sir Andy,
I agree with that let's have a solid thread for XOOM 2 / XY Board users owner..Even me I am confused few of the master and pro are posting..Thanks Sir.
Regards,
Akihiro

Please use the dedicated YouTube thread for posting vids - don't just make a new thread.

Dear Custodian,
I am assuming that your job is to keep some sort of building clean and in order. (If not, I have been mislead by your username but the following still applies)
An internet forum (and an especially large one like XDA Developers) is very similar. They need to be kept clean and our beloved mods are the custodians of this place. So Mr. Custodian, please help us keep the forums tidy and next time you create a new thread, use that search bar in the top right first to make sure you aren't creating a duplicate.
Thread closed because of the reasons detailed in the two posts above.
Today I got an N7 and I love it! Root and and all that will commence as soon as I can hook up to my PC.

While we're happy for you, this kind of post has no value to the forum. If everyone made a post like this it would just clog the forum with uselessness. Enjoy your new N7.
Agreed, I was too ecstatic. We should have a General Thread, like the i9300 forum. ^^

Yes, getting a device is such a glorious thing.
So glorious, it warrants a thread closing
There is an OFF TOPIC thread just for these types of posts.

Decided to make a thread were we as a community of android users and abusers can get the more "personal effect " here on xda ..this idea came from different threads I use to be part of were we can just sorta vent ,chat, discuss, and overall be familiar with each other
So I originally started on xda using a Samsung moment ..got my first taste and thirst of roms root hacks on the HTC evo moved on to the gs 2 and ended up here on the one side ..so far so good love the developers here as they all are uniquely diverse as roms and work goes and feel like surround by smart and above average users ..I myself em not that advance but very interested so ..there it goes
Also there no such thing as derailing the thread cuz it's pretty much OPEN SOURCE Haha

Although I applaude your desire to "get more personal," this thread breaks the rules for the General forums. Specifically this one:

15. Keep posts/threads on-topic
Whilst a minor amount of off-topic posting may be overlooked, the general rule is your posts / threads must be relevant to the Forum / thread in which you are posting. •General Forums - For news and announcements relating to your device.
•Q&A Help & Troubleshooting forums - For all question threads / posts. If there is no Q&A Help & Troubleshooting forum use the device General Forum
•Accessories subforum - For posts related to accessories relevant to the phone model
•Development Forums (ones with the word development in the title) - For developers to post release threads e.g. ROMs and Kernels including modifications to Kernels, Bootloaders, ROMs, etc.
•Themes and Apps Forums - For themers to post Themes and App. announcements & discussions including modifications made to Apps and Themes.

If there are speed improvements on the 1900Mhz band, then yes, we could take advantage of this. If these other frequencies being active takes a load off of 1900Mhz, then we could see some increases. However, we can't connect to the other frequencies, so any improvements on them won't directly effect us.
That being said, the bigger issue I think for sprint, is just getting LTE of any variety to more people.
Hey GS5 Users!
First and foremost, if I am not following any XDA rules please kindly let me
So, I have a preliminary website created to help promote and inform customers of the GS5. I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for what I could add to the sight as well as if there is anything I should change?
Here is the website:

I love the phone and thought I could make a website that highlights its strong suites and offer Amazon links for consumers to use to buy.
Links to popular roms/kernels?
