just delete Talk.apk in /system/app folder using root explorer. But I suggest you just to freeze using titanium backup.
Did anyone try to pull the .apk of "ICS People app" from the ICS source code/rom for X8/GingerDX custom rom?

On this page download home apk modificated by "7amdoun"and normal instalation or push to system and change permision ,works both
I just update my phone to the last android (4.2.1) and whan I go to the market do download shazam or facebook, it's say that "Your device isb't compitable with this version."
Is there a way to fix this or I need to go back to 4.1.2 to fix it?

what's your ROM? maybe the problem is in the ROM because some ROMs here have omitted Timescape while the others have it fully working and complete
