It's possible to make ICS smooth!
Just Delete some features that use Much Ram
like Animation
Face Unlock, a facial recognition service
Etc.
Edit:Our Gpu is Supported (Adreno 200)
And we call it
4.x Ice Cream Sandwich Lite

That´s not the same thing.
android 4.0 requires (AFAIK) ARMv7.
So, someone will have to port it, or you can use ICS theme by AChep
read this. http://www.androidmemo.com/2011/10/...-ics-minimum-hardware-requirements-256mb-ram/
armv6 processor wont be a problem at all.ram will be.

there is nothing as best rom..
each rom has its pros and conc.
Replace the launcher with "nova" ,they are heavy & can't stay in background memory(hidden apps)
Nova for ics+
Lightning or lancherpro or etc.. for gb
