Help in programming LG Revolution (VS910)

Hi!
I need some advice here...
Which QPST version I need to program this phone...I realize QPST 2.7.3xx read the phone parameters (kinda) but I can't save them...so which is the right one?
Also is there an NV parameter to block (change to 0) the 4G Card? Just like the one in HTC Thunderbolt 4G?

Search the forums for a tool called LGNPST. It's a sticky at the top of the dev section. It does a lot of what QPST does and is the recovery tool for flashing firmware.

Well thanks but I don't get it, some people tell me this question don't goes at Q&A and send me to Programming and you tell me is not here??!?!

Well I hope somebody can help me with this...
Is there an NV to edit for bypass @vzw.com default parameters and write mine?
Is there an Working version of QTSP I don't know wich one is for LG Revolution?
I usaed 355 but don't save any change at AAA and others.

[Devs]help! auto reboot in recovery with cooked rom!

I am cooking a rom in dsixda's kitchen with following ruu
PG32IMG_VIVO_ICS_35_S_HTCCN_CHS_4.08.1400.2_Radio_20.72.30.0833U_3831.17.00.24_M_release_264218_signed
when I try to boot it, automatically reboots in recovery. I cant take a logcat, it gives error device not found. I tried with GB ruu it worked perfectly. I know there are some issues with ICS ruu but I dont know what they are.
I have latest blackrose hboot.
Please help me with this.

This is the most vague description of an error I've seen to date. Could be in the wrong forum yet we don't know as you have described nothing.

How to change privileges to /etc/system/permissions/ ?

I have a rooted Galaxy Note phone and I want to add SIP application to it. I tried suggestions from another post that tells me to copy android.sip.voip.xml to /etc/systems/permissions/ but that gives me "Read-only file" for the directory "permissions".
What is the way around that? I need to write files to /etc/systems/permissions/
Can I temporarily change the permissions and then set them back to default? Please let me know the commands.
