Original Desire HD Bootanimation

Been looking for that one the last days and found it nowhere - luckily today I got the chance to pull out the Bootanimation myself. So I thought I'd share it!
So, this is the Original HTC Desire HD Bootanimation! Nothing Changed!
I can confirm it working with a Desire (InsertCoin 1.8h).
Hopefully it does with other devices as well

I know how to install the boot animation but as I can see the sound is missing right ?

There are many Tutorials about how to install it.. the "root explorer copy&paste" one worked easily for me.

Can I have the down animation as well? I have one but when I paste it to the root explorer,It doesn't work.When I turn off my phone,the screen just blacked and then off

But were do I put the mp3 file?!?!
In the same location as bootanimation.zip or what??

In the same location and don't rename the file

i had put sound in the same folder,no rename....but still no-sound...

[Q] Nicks Project X battery mod and bootanimation

Hi everyone,
I am using Nicks great Project X v2 Rom. Everything is great but i don't like the Battery and want to change it..The bootanimation is nice but i like the bootanimation from the nexus one better so iwant to change it too. Can u tell me how i can change these things? I tried with UOT Kitchen but the problem is that i don't which file i must upload because there is nothing about ice cream sandwich and sense.
I hope somenone can help me.

i used UOT Kitchen but how i said i don't know if i must upload anything or what i must upload...

Are u Sure that i must Uwe Framework.jar? Because there is Frameworks-res.all, Frameworks2.jar and Frameworks-htc.apk too

I've already tried uot, it won't work with sense 4 ics but I've made a battery mod from scratch but just need to make a flashable zip. Help?

you need that meta inf thingo and then have a folder in the zip with the directory with files to replace. check any flashable mod you will see what i mean

JellyBean possible with Desire HD port ?

That's great news! And port for IncS might work better than DHD since we already have the ICS kernel.

There's also one for desire s as well, there are a lot of devs working on that
They have a lot working, a lot of progress

Did you change everything to vivo?
Maybe look at a vivo build.prop for reference

yeah i forgot 1 or 2 things, i used the icecold build.prop to see what i had to change. currently signing the new zip

tried it, it installed but im stuck on the initial splash screen

yeah i used ice cold as the base because i thought they would be similar. i got no idea what im doing wrong because this is the first rom i have tried to port, if any devs could help it would be good

[MOD] [ICS] [9/9/12] Tube TV Shut Down Animation [v1.0]

This is a shut down animation for your HTC Vivid, Raider, Velocity (obviously xD). You have to root your device to be able to install it and have ES File Explorer or whatever you use.. download the downanimation.zip DO NOT UNZIP IT!! Open up ES File Explorer, hit menu, scroll down to root settings, and check everything in there. Ok, after that you're going to wanna copy/cut the downanimation.zip from wherever you downloaded it and navigate to system/customize/resource and paste it there, OVERWRITING THE OLD DOWNANIMATION.ZIP!!
In AOSP ROMs its in system/media or data/local

i haven't tried on any other devices but your welcome to test it

Id like to on a Xoom but they don't have same filetree and I couldn't find a downanimation.zip on the Xoom to replace

I don't have a xoom so I wouldn't know xD but il do a little research and try to make a compatible version for you

try seeing if its either in system/media or data/local
if you find it in either, tell me so i can revise the instructions, and yeah just overwright it.

[Mod] Enable 3D Cube in Rosie and Other Sense Apps TABS

Everyone's been waiting for this mod that's not enabled
in Desire C ROMS.

-it's the 3D cube animation on HTC One X when you change tabs on Rosie and other apps

push ext.jar from another rom which has the cube animation to /system/framework ..
It also worked on sense 4A ..
Just a precaution , ext.jar also determine the storage mods (with sdcard or non-sdcard)
So , it is easier if you take the ext.jar from the same type of device .

Thats why i'm interested to edit ext.jar to only get the animation running and not breaking other things.

I decompiled the ext.jar once . It was a total mess . All the smali were confusing .
I tried to compare ville's with primo's , but its a bizzare .
I dont know which are responsible to the cube animation and storage mod ..
And finally decided to just swap the ext.jar .

It is really sad, that nobody who knows, share the information, how to make.
