Im a huge fan of nova but IMO apex just set the bar you have to try the new tablet transition effect.
Trebucket also has this but lacked IMO best feature of the tablet look was the blue boarder when swiping screens. now apex dev added and looks awesome

Im using it and love it...Tried Launcher and Adw and didn't want to pay for the pro just to get little thing. I really like being able to load up the dock with apps. Here is my screen . I don't use many apps so i have them on the dock. Any others i put on screen 2 to keep it clean.

I want my icons to have the background like that picture.
I don't want to replace the actual icons, but just get the background images

ADW Launcher EX has this function, its called Fancy Icon Backgrounds.
Go launcher ex can do that.
I got bored and tired of not having a nice stylish square icon and very small selection of next browser icons and decided to make my own to match my nice square touchwiz icons...

also, applying themes makes all notifications on the status bar appear on the same color, which sucks big time.
