This is an *almost* stock AOKP build, compiled for my very kindly by Antiochasylum (of Asylum ROMs) with his full support and authorisation. The only changes are the inclusion of GAPPS, Flash player and the removal of all the pink unicorn stuff
Compiled from AOKP source GIT with all commits included, as of: 27th Sept 2012
Installation
Please install from any SAFE kernel (HydraCore, NoteCore, Speedmod, Goku, CM9 , CM10) within CWM. A full wipe of /system, /data and /cache will likely be needed coming from any other ROM type, so backup your data first. Making a nandroid backup is recommended as well. The ROM is distributed in the normal CWM installable .zip format
During installation delete_recursive is used rather than the format command, the included kernel (HydraCore) has MMC_CAP_ERASE removed and is therefore completely safe.
DO NOT WIPE IN STOCK KERNEL RECOVERY.

What is project LARD ?
Project LARD is my first implementation of newer, pure JellyBean samsung drivers for the following
- Mali GPU
- EGL drivers
- GLES drivers
They are simply kanged from the Note2 system dump with no other changes. They have been tested for a couple of days by various people and reports are...GOOD. Its not quite Butter, its LARD :good:

Doesn't work without the touchwiz UI and CM, AOKP ROM don't use TW.

Did you possibly look in ExtSDcard folder, or /sdcard/sdcard01, or /mnt/sdcard01? Yep, it's in a different location on CM.
You can try using ICS SD Binder from the market to map back to the old location if needed.
My FM radio doesn't work?
Doesn't work in CM10, but Spirit FM in the market is reported to work. Really though, why not load up the SD card with music and avoid the adds?
I'm stuck in boot loops what do I do?
Did you follow the instructions in the OP..? Usually this happens when you have not wiped or coming from a ICS ROM or have a bad download (always check the MD5 before flashing)
If you can get into recovery and it's a safe version, try wiping and re-installing the ROM (follow the instructions)
If you can't get into CMW or still having problems a fool proof way is a completely clean install via PC Odin. This will wipe everything and put you back to a known good state.

Why does my battery go flat quickly?
Almost always an application is causing "wake locks" so it has nothing to do with the ROM. Use Better Battery Stats from the market to help identify the cause.
Which govenor do I use?
You are going to be just fine with the default settings, but if you feel the need read through the info on the follow link and give the different options a try.

Depends on your region etc, this thread has lots of information. In short you can use any modem (GB, ICS or JB) so download, test etc

My apps are force closing (FC)?
Typically caused by not wiping data... (did you wipe data..?)
You can go into the app manager and wipe for the individual application and see if that resolves the problem. Regardless.. 99% likely it's not a ROM problem.
My screen is to small..?
Increase font size under settings or change the resolution, some ROM's have that in settings.. others you need to manually change the build.pro either via something like root explorer or Rom Toolbox (from the market)
If using Root Explorer, going to /system (make sure you are in R/W mode), and open build.prop? Find the lCD density line and change the number to 320 for phone UI stock or 240

MTP is used by AOKP for data transfer, USB mass storage works fine from CWM. MTP working fine, been throroghly tested. But yes a full wipe recommended for first install

At the moment all cm10 Roms will suffer from it to some extent. A reboob helps tho and hopefully cm will find the issue soon

Guys, I'm gonna be making a ROM based on CyangenMod 10.2 nightlies. Though they're nightlies, they are very stable! So in the mean time please request some cool features so that I can implement them into the ROM. Currently, So far I have included :
• V6 Supercharger
• Adreline Boost
• PureGraphics HD
• Beats® Audio
• Sony Media Apps from the Xperia Z1

Feedback 1 : Zipaligned 14/15 times(lost count) - if that helps in any way......I've heard that Zipaligning improves the memory management of apps.
Used Cassini to compress the apps and the ROM overall.

Instead of making another asop rom.. Try to bring Sammy stock 4.2.2 rom with customization.. As u know we already have bestest cm based rom but reverse is not true except SSHD.. Just a suggestion.. But big thanks for ur support to t2 community..

@fooiskandar : Multiwindows can only be used on a Touchwiz based ROM...to have the same function on an AOSP-based ROM, I would need to integrate HALO))) (now Open-Source) by building CyanogenMod directly from source and use XHaloFloatingWindow Xposed Mod....or I would need to use a new base....either PAC or AOSPA.....sorry bro........anything else?

multiwindow in split mode can be applied just like omni rom
and for touchwiz rom in CM this one rom created for P1000 cm10.1 didn't know will it be possible to be ported to cm10.2 p31xx:fingers-crossed:

if you want to try my initial stage here the link.
No bug but it's very simple rom
i add crt-effect, added init.d scripts by me with support so modded kernel, added ext4 support with system,data,cache,sd-ext, automatic bind of data/app and data/dalvik-cache on sd-ext and other features.. i know that it's a simple rom but if someone can help me...it'll be the best

It's the 2.0 because in other site we worked on the 1.0 and the 1.1 and for the deodexage we decided to rename the rom to 2.0

It's a kernel stock but with kernel adiutor you can choose the frequencies of the processor and many other option for the developpers

Alright folks this is a full N7 port with S7 Edge Nougat features. It comes pre-rooted with a permissive SELinux kernel. It also features the best sound Android has to offer. Lots of build prop tweaks and init.d scripts plus so much more. Once again, Volte does work so don't ask please.

SOUND SETTINGS FOR WALKER BLUE

Their hard work is the core of this ROM'S sound and has changed the Android sound library forever. The mix of rich high and warm mids makes the Android one of the top sound machines around.
Another huge thank you to @androidexpert35 for his XTREMEMusic sound mod (https://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=5627933). His customization and effects of the BEATSaudio sound tools are out of this world, they changed the way I view bass audio quality forever.
These two mods plus some other tweaks make this ROM the best sounding J7 around, thank you guys.
If a setting is not listed then it is powered off.
You need to open Supersu and enable su/root during boot for maximum sound.

-Install the Super Audio Quality Driver then reboot.
-Master Power - On
-Playback Control - 4x/Slight
-Viper-DDC - Sony MDR-E10LP
-Fire equalizer - Rock
-Dynamic System - High End Earphone (V2) Bass Boost 5%
-Viperbass - Normal/60hz/12db
-Viperclarity - Normal/8db
-Mastergate - Max output 6db

-Tick Music
-Use the open option
-Only use volume leveler

-Turn master power on and experiment. I don't personally use it.

mins before you see it boot up
INSTRUCTIONS
Backup any important data! Phone storage will be wiped
Nandroid backup is recommended! (=
1. Download and put on external SD card these files

2. Boot into recovery, and wipe entire phone Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Davik / Art Cache, Cache, Data,system
3. Install the files ROM and superuser
4. Reboot your Custom Rom
5. Then there you go

Everything worked perfectly but my 64gb sd card showed up as corrupted not matter what I did. I tried formatting on the device itself still corrupted. Even tried to format it to fat32 with no luck. Im sorry to say that is a dealbreaker for me and until I can find a solution I am forced to revert back to stock
Ahhh! That's is weird cause it's working for me on my phone and I'm running the rom as I'm relying back to you

I formatted wrong. Fat32 does work. Now the rom is perfect
So does that mean i get a donate to my paypal
I know this probably isn't a priority but is it possible for you to port the afterburner kernel to this rom and in doing so the j700t?
Just edited the script ill give it a go here in a bit.
I to would like to see a kernel with more features ported to the J700T(1).
