[Q] Question regarding box contents when purchased in Germany - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone,
I live in the UK but am thinking of purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Note from Amazon.de as it's substancially cheaper.
Can anyone tell me what sort of charger the German unit is likely to be supplied with? Is it a generic euro box so will include a power pack with snap on 3 pin UK head?
Also, any issue with firmware or updates etc?
Thanks chaps!

Will come.with euro plug you can use standard.micro USB to charge they are cheap enough off Ebay . German notes get updates quicker for some strange reason UK hasn't had any updates since November most UK users update via Odin and have no issue (I have UK version with open German latest firmware)

Charger for SX66

Hello everybody i have my cradle charger but i need another charger for my sx66 i've recenly bought one from ebay but the connector was not the same, can anyone tell me if there is another phone the same type of charger i need urgent help with this issue.
thanks
Ebay
You can get a charger pretty cheap- under $12 including shipping on Ebay. Make sure you get the right one. I purchased a car charger for the phone but TWO retailers sent me the wrong one. It seems that tehre is another smartphone that is named SX66.
To avoid the confusion you can search for i-mate PDA2k charger. here si the one I bought, although it's a car charger: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5876061855

European Diamond Device to be charged in the USA: What´s needed?¿?¿?

Hello, I´ve bought a Spanish diamond (230 V) and am going to travel to hte USA next Tuesday and don´t know if i only need a plug-adaptor or the plug-adaptor and the 230V to 110V converter?¿?¿?
If also need the 230V to 110V converter where can I buy it something like this cheap? In the airport?¿?¿?
Thanks
I believe you only need the plug adapter, but check your charger's plug to make sure it's not different from mine. Mine shows Input of 100-240V. I'm using a Euro version of the Diamond in the US, and have a simple US plug adapter on it (since 110V is within the input range).
my charger input is also from 100-240 V, ok, i´ll only have to buy the plug adapter. Thanks mate
In the U.S. walk into any BestBuy retailer and ask for a standard mini-usb charger - ask for the type that fits a blackberry if they need more information - an unbranded replacement will do - there are plenty to choose from - should cost no more than US$15 - You could also buy a travel USB charging kit - circa US$30 - or a cusn car charger for any worldwide vehicle?
Hope that helps.

USA Touchpad Charger.

Hi, basically after a large number of issues HP UK have arranged for a new touchpad to be shipped to me from the USA. They've said the charger it comes with will be the US one (obviously). Basically the barrel is universal, it's just the plastic adapters, does anyone know if the US charger/touchpad includes the UK converter.
I'm going to presume no, because the UK one only includes EU, just I'd have an extra charger if it did.
Thanks.
No. Charger for US TouchPad only includes US plug.
Ok thanks, I'll get a travel adapter or something.

Fast charger for USA sockets?

I ordered a P30 Pro from Clove in the UK, and I’m having it shipped to the US. However, given the difference in the electrical outlet plugs, I won’t be able to use the included Fast Charger that comes with the phone. I was wondering where I can get an alternative that will still work just as well as the included one, or if there is a way to order an OEM version that has the USA-style plugs (Type-A)

Can't you use a U.S. / U.K. adapter? I guess there is always wireless charging either way.

Just got it delivered today.

The cheaper route would be just to get a travel adapter. Plug the UK charger into that and you can use the stock charger.
