[Q] Editing Arc/Active launcher..!

I want to build a custom one with 4*3 resolution that works on stock Rom..!
Can someone give me pointers..or a suggestion?

I am using gdx v025 on stock kernel so is it possible to instal xperia s launcher, I tried some but not working?? Or I don't know
