I use Zeus v3 rom.
What do you mean voice recorder? I try few programs to record my call's with no results. Do you have any solution to solve this problem? I can change my rom if it will help.

Unfortunately recording a conversation directly with the line does not exist for our phone. And the quality of the recording from the microphone is very poor. For the record directly from the line should be custom kernel with support for certain functions.
Oh,i thought that voice recorder can be used background
My bad

ı tryed 'Record My Call' but very noisy. which rom to use?
Hmm I see. It is not working on optimus black.
hello devs,
why don't you try to develop the kernel supporting two way call recording for optimus black?
We see many threads/developments for other devices i.e samsung s2 ...for two way recording functions..did successfully.
Why not for optimus black? .
Please try.
Any progress with call recording using p970?

I guess not many people need call recording. 2 wall call recording would be good for p970
I will sell only for this reason

tested on Xperia V JellyBean, and I can make sure it works on Xperia Z and other JB devices.
not tested on ICS but I thought it would work
how does it work:
press menu during the phonecall, you'll find a new "turn on recording" option
record will be auto saved in sdcard/record after you stop it or hang the phone
flash it in CWM
port from LT25c ICS
================================================
update:
Fixed LTE network support in Settings-More-Mobile networks-NetworkMode, LTE mode now is available for ur device, sorry for last version 'cause we don't have LTE network in China.
Enable dual mic noise suppression in "Settings-Call settings", I didn't notice this section in last version for that I apologize
Disable that annoying notify said"disable mobile data blablabla" when you press the Mobiledata toggle in status bar, I used to decompile SemcPhone.apk but it seems too complicated to modify smali by every update, can be solved by this patch.
================================================
like what Samsung did in his own Offical Rom, different patches are used like a switch for different function, as u all know call record is illegal in numbers of countries but not in China, I just accidentally found this patch in Chinese version FTF file, so, it's not my great work actually.
I once woked for gameloft, now I'm a cell phone reseller but still have interested in Android developping, I learned so much from xda, so EVERYONE are welcomed to use this patch in ur rom, it might be fit for all SONY JB device, no necessary to get my permission or inform me, all for one and one for all isn't it?

What did you do for work? I installed it, but when the recording is heard only my voice. In all applications, the result is the same. When recording through a speaker, then to work and heard wonderful.
I read that the real work of such a thing, we have to be with another custom kernel.
Did you have a custom kernel or just record from loud speaker?

well the record sound is clear on both side here, so would u mind to flash an Asian FTF and test this patch again? perhaps some lib files are different, I'll chech it.
No problem on Xperia V Nordic .490 firmare, acctually its very nice mod, one of the best
Tried it today by calling many different people and its very good quality when listening to it later with the Xperia V Walkman! And no need for special kernel like before on Arc (LT15i) :good:
Interesting, but note that the first 1-2 or 3 seconds are perfect, but then it became very quiet, hardly hears and understands nothing. You'll probably have to see how it will be with another rоm ...

It is very clear and loud volume recording from the beginning to the end -both parts!
I use stock Nordic (first one out) JB .490 with root and CWM, thats it.
Edit: I saw now you where talking about different kernels, about that I don't know yet.

I just install the app with rooted in advance ,but it still doesn't work
what should I supposed to do?
unlock bootloader and flash the kernel which support two-way record?
if yes, which kernel should I falsh?
thanks for your help!
There's an app in the store called Call Recorder that works fine on my rooted T for recording calls if that is any use.
have you tried this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2199978
reported working on xperia T, but not on mine....
I dont beleive there are any kernels for the T which say they support 2 way recording yet

What do you mean? It wouldn't work?
My wife just got a s3-mini on which I installed BenzROMv6 (awesome ROM, btw!) Now she has the player with that "music square" which makes me jealous - would like to have that on my Nexus-S, too. I'm running HellyBean on it, but wouldn't hesitate to switch if I only could have that player
Searched the web and this forum, but still have no idea how to do that.
I successfully ex-/imported it with the help of Titanium, but it exits immediately when launched. My experience ist too poor to find the cause. Is it only the different Android version (4.2.1 vs. 4.1.2)?
Any hint is much appreciated, thanks!
Fredl.
AFAIK, The music player is dependent on the Touchwiz framework therefore it can't work on the Nexus. That's why it force closes upon launch.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
Thanks for your reply.
That could make some sense. Although I don't understand for what the player needs touchwiz. But again, my lack of knowledge...
On the other hand it would mean, the people who want to get rid of or at least disable TW on their SGS3 would lose that player at the same time. Can that be?
Also, I see some efforts to bring TW to the NS. Have to check the reports on that. As far as I see, the musicplayer seems not to work on these addons, too. Damned
Well, thanks for pointing out some new tracks anyway :good:
Regards,
Fredl.
I'm sure it is something Samsung does so the music player will be used only on Samsung devices with touchwiz. They wanna own it
And yeah, if you get rid of touchwiz on S3 and install an AOSP based ROM, you will lose the player.

I'm agree!! The SONY MH1C is very good, far better the stock one.
And I've the on-ears headphone Phillips Fidelio M1 which is excellent.

It works but I prefer the stock EQ.
Actually, I'm looking for a 10 bands EQ.
Actually, 10-band equalizers exist but are not supported by the Xperia stock roms.
Under these conditions, the stock Sony EQ winth 5-band (treeble and mid) and clearbass is the best compromize.

Surprising!! Even the best headphones often need equalizers, because their rendering usually tends to be flat (in order to be universal). What that makes them good is that they can still give good rendering within a large range of equalizer settings.
I have tried installing the new dialer from the new KK 4.4.3
It installs and sort of works: it FC's sometimes and if I click on call history icon it opens the app drawer
Any one lese with bad/good feedbacks?

You can't just take system files from anywhere...
First, it's now safe, it could be infected and your phone bill could be very interesting
Second you have to use properly ported app...

The app you are talking about is taken from the nexus version of android, so it won't work properly on sony firmware because of the difference in framework.
