How to make a Rom ?

As cited on the title , i am looking for a basic tuturial on making a rom ?(all tools necessary ect...).Thanks in advance.

In that case, just open rom with winzip/winrar/whatever you use for unpacking, drag boot.img to desktop or whatever place you want, open desired rom with archivizer, and drag'n'drop boot.img to it, and flash. But be careful, as far as I know it will work on cm7 to cm7, or cm9 to cm9, but I never did this on stock based roms

[Q] [HOW-TO] Working BLN

Hi there,
I know, that we have to modify services.jar to have fully working BLN in stock rom, but I cannot find a step-by-step guide what to do exactly. Can someone send me a guide for this? I want to install a stock rom, and modify for my needs. I know how to create UOT-mods, how to change the lockscreen, how to make 14-toggles mod. The only thing what I miss is BLN?
Please guys, is there a nice and follow-able guide for this? :fingers-crossed: (If no, can someone explain this to me? )

I tried flashing the lacoste rom, the setup is in Russian. Couldn't make out what to do.
This is a great ROM, it will be of great help if you can guide with the steps to follow. Maybe make a video and post.

-_- u know at the beginning of any android OS whether it be stock or rooted, there is always LANGUAGE SELECT. Its always the first thing you see. Just scroll up or down until you see English or whatever language (If your language isnt there, then there really isnt much that can be done :/)
