This is an AOSP-based build with extra contributions from many people which you can use without any type of Google applications. I found a link from some other project that can be used to restore the Google parts, which can be found below or elsewhere in the thread. I've still included the various hardware-specific code, which seems to be slowly being open-sourced anyway.

i always found my screen unresponsive while typing sumthing in CM7...y is it so ??
no problems in sense roms..i think because of default undervolting to save battery in cm7 !! any suggestions ?

Any screen shots pls...

Can someone posted it on mediafire? I have tried repeatedly but wasn't able to establish a connection to the download mirror.

I found all releases of CM to Incredible S till now (7.1, 7.2, RC or Nightlies...) are all have problem with camera (freeze, unresponsive...) but there is no official fix for these issues!???

Enabling custom levels in Automatic backlighting works fine on up scaling brightness on increasing lux, but when lux is reduced back the brightness value corresponding to lower lux is not getting applied till the phone is locked and unlocked once..
I hope all have this problem.. ? I had this problem in nightlies too.. Is there a fix for this ?

I just cannot download it

Edit :
Mirror working again, awesome speed, i'd recommend using the official link again instead of my dropbox link.

Is anyone else having problems with the play store. It shows error(-101) wen I try to dld anything

Try updating quadrant to a gingerbread compatible version.
Am getting no connection in the browser when on 3g. Note other apps like market or facebook work on 3g but browser gives me nothing. On wifi browser works great. Am on Vodafone NL and still had to manually add APN like in RC0 version.

So no handsfree calling. Could anyone confirm please?
Is this due due to the audio issues which are already being worked on?

i noticed that the in-call volume and in-call speaker volume is lower than other roms. I am running the recommended radios for this build.
This ROM ROCKS!!! Insanely fast and smooth. Everything works fine but there's a couple of glitches that I've found
1) the bottom 4 navigation buttons does not rotates
2) there is a missing font from the ROM. Under the language, android keyboard - one of the language's font is missing
3) PPTP VPN is not working with Windows 2008 (Used to be working on Original HTC Sense rom and Rev rom.
Wishes
1) can we have native chinese input added to android keyboard?
Much appreciated if you can kindly look into the above mentioned.
Thanks.

Well its really depends on what you running at behind on your phone.
If your phone is running many keep-online apps, like turning on g-maps latitude, gtalk, skype, facebook, twitter, whats app, talkbox, viber, G+, news updater etc. I say, 8 hours.
Plus if your phone have a single "buggy" app, something like older version of skype that will keep your phone CPU "Awake" all the time, I say, battery could last only 4-5 hours.
If you dont have any of those or you only use quality apps, plus 5 calls 10 text and 10mins brownsing per day, the power could last about 2 days and 1 night.
thanks! so i should be good by just updating revoery from ROM Manager and downloading the stable release (of course wipe and backup i'll do)

Is the connection issues ironed out? Had problems with the nightly 80s, dunno if the 90s had problem, don't think I tried any of them. I'm on like 78 now, and as tempting as this is to upgrade, I want to make sure I can actually make and receive calls and texts.
That sucked when I found out it wasn't working, really bad actually.

The Photon dev team and turl would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!
WOW! 3 CM9 thread in this forum, EPIC!
How to understand which one is for atrix? Or everything in your link is for atrix?
will this build have the cyanogenmod options to change the notification power widget? Or is that not part of the build yet?
Look for atrix, but wait on downloading till its done
Edit I just noticed that server cuts off the name. Its alpha1, I'll make separate folders on the next update.

What's the difference between this rom and other which was posted today?
Well this rom has no changes from the photon yet. I'm simply trying to get a booting build as a base, but its the latest cm9 source.

In another CM9 thread, some said the battery indicator disappeared when fully charged.
Flashed it.
Bootanimation - yes!
Boots? - yes!
First crash'n'stuck on "M" was after 5 seconds of working, when I choose language. Does it hate russian?
Removed battery, restart... work log:
Boot - check!
Firststart setup - check!
Wi-Fi - check! (without reboot)
Camera - NOT WORKING (as I remember it isn't working in Photon too, so no surprise)
Browser - check!
Google Maps - check!
Epic cosplay lesbian porn - nope! (need to fix it)
Mobile data - check!
Phone calls - check!
SMS - check!
Youtube - check!
3D Games (Modern Combat) - check!
Auto-rotate - check!
Auto-brightness - not shure
Work rather stable - no reboots after the fist one. Phone is hot a little bit.
Maybe it is placebo, but looks like this rom is a little faster. Bad thing is that now internal card is emmc now - not good want oldschool!
