[Q] Which is the newest official ROM version/Baseband?

Im a bit confused here.. Do I have the newest updates?
Info about my LG 2x:
Modelnumber: LG-P990
Android-Version: 2.2.2
Basebandversion: 1035.21_20110315
Kernelversion: 2.6.32.9
Version: FRG83G
LGE-version: LGP990-V10b
Because im not having any success with trying to update with LGMobile updater, it says there is an update avaiable, but when trying to, it' can't anyway

There is a guide how to flash to baseband version 1035.21_20110405

you only can upgrade your baseband
this is an inoffizel release, but it imprves the quality of speeking etc.

LG Optimus 4x HD have a two Variants. One Model is LG P880 which is international version, and other model is LG P880G which is a Canadian version. Can we update the Firmwares of LG P880 to LG P880G ??
My LG Optimus 4x HD ( LG P880G ) device info is as under -->

AP OS Version--> 2.6.39.4

Firmware Version--> 4.0.3

i have a LG Optimus 4X HD ( P880G ). Its a canadian version. yesterday i flash the firmwares of " v10b AVC/VIDEOTRON (CANADA) " and " v10c AWC/WINDMOBILE(CANADA) ". it works perfectly. but when i tried to flash the firmware of " v10f GBR/UNITED KINGDOM ", then it stucks. Can anyone tell me how to flash LG P880 firmwares to LG P880G ? i am sure that international firmwares will work on Canadian Version phone, but it needs some crack in firmwares. Can you guys do something in the Firmwares, so that it can work on my Canadian version LG Optimus 4X HD ???

Please stop opening threads for the sake of it and adding the same questions. You have had two threads closed and you're original one left open - why not just use it like you were advised to by the Mods before?

It will be better to downgrade to an earlier version, factory reset, upgrade to an European Open V10F, ROOT and factory reset again
To flash P880G use the same method like to P880, I only found a few differences between them:
P880G ---------- Google Android 4.0.4
P880 ------------ Google Android 4.0.3

GSM900//GSM900
GSM1800//GSM1800
GSM1900//GSM1900
UMTS1700/2100 (B4)//UMTS850 (B5)

I'm not aware how importante those differences are and how much they matter...
If someone can explain more I'll be gratefull.

Build number : 3.11.405.2 CL81940 release-keys
I have downloaded some 2.3.6 versions, but they don't work , what should i do, to get android 2.3.6 and latvian language in it ?
