[Q] plz hwlp

i know im posting n the wrng segment but as its my first post here i wasnt alllowed to post in the development area... sorry
anyways i need to get help with sndroid installation... i ghave done all thats there on these links :

but i get the same probelm... when i click on haret.exe it just loads a bar and then restarts back into windows... help please

-- when i'm using apkmanager (now multi-tool) i get error.. this error i had found by another post in xda.. but others reply can't help me...?? waht should i do??
-- what is sign apk?? can someone tell about sign apk??
-- aZuzu simple kitchen has bug?? i have read all tutorial but didn't find wat to edit apk by using this kitchen...
sorry if my post is spam... and i dont know a lot of thing..
can someone tell me?? what is rule when i create new rom???
some rules that i have realize :
= no paid apps
= need to ask permission from original rom's creator if we use other rom staff ( but how to ask permission? PM?)

Hi! I'm struggling with this one, used few methods found on internet, but none have worked... I even tried to delete system dir from rom and put mine instead, but guess what... it didn't worked! I'm getting so frustrated over this one, can anyone help me please?

[Q] galxy noted time and date Resetting

i have two batteries , if my battery almost empty i will replace with another battery ,, but when i switch on my GNOTE the time going back to a decad ... year 2000,january first .. also the clock 8.00a.m .. please help me ,,
what should i do to to going back to normal as usual ?
