Hi everyone,
I looking exactly for default wallpaper from htc sensation xl.
Have anyone? This is no the same as in sensation

But it looks exactly like stock one in Sensation when I watching films with Sensation XL it looks a liitle bit more intensive colors in the top of this wall.
You sand it from Sensation XL? Watch any film or picture with Sensation XL and see that is a little bit intensive

Wallpaper Size???
Sorry folks, but what is the Wallpaper size needed for the XL, i have some old wallpapers from my old sensation, but when i go to put them on my phone a square box comes up and i have to crop some of it away.

Sense 3.5 doesn't scroll the wallpaper like older versions of sense did. so it's just the 480*800 pixel resolution of the screen.

Sense vs AOSP

I was wondering about what people like about the Sense UI? Personally i'm a fan of the basic so called ICS AOSP styling. What do you like about Sense and/or the ICS UI?

I like sense because it has lots of beautiful Widgets. And it is colorfull. Also if you have a HTC phone it would be better to put on it sense because if you put another you will look that you are not satisfied with your phone and you prefer galaxy nexus.

I love both of them. If i buy other phone, I can't have sense but can have aosp, but if I buy HTC, I'll got them both!

I love the mix of both. A few HTC phones do have Mixed AOSP and Sense. For example HTC Desire 310

Skins for 3.6 800x480 ?

Guys it seems i can't find or there isn't any compatible skins for our phones. I tried to install beats audio skin but it doesn't pop out anywhere..... I liked it because of the beats ring when unlocking.
I searched in DHD section also, but nothing so far.
Does anyone knows anything about another then stock skins or scenes?

I've noticed that most sense 3.6 skins don't work on our SXL's.

i have sensation xl sense 3.6 . i download many skins from market or web but not any skin work it disappear when i install. If any one know contact me.

Have you guys tried skins from other phones like the HTC sensation or the desire I'm using the skins from the sensation on my Evo design as long as there for 3.6 they all usually work.

Porting android jelly bean ?

Hi xda,
I see many new roms have been ported, but why not jellybean? I think more people are interested in jelly bean as in sense 4.0/4.1 or MIUI.
Hope jellybean will be ported one day.

JB will be ported some day for now we wil concentrate on getting fully stable with the sense 4.0 and 4.1 then maby we will make JB rom

Common sense dictates:
-We should make after sense 4.0/4.1 an AOSP or AOSP based ICS to have a base ROM to work on, example CM9.
-After that, CM10 or other AOSP JB will surely come, this is how things works.
Just be patient with us as we are just starting, but we will make the wait worthwile. (We? Yes, we, lexmazter, stona175, fshami, anders3408, ocampo and other testers that want to join us, we will make a small team to work together in developing new things for this phone )

It would be amazing if jellybean get ported one day, thanks for the replies, now I know that I haven't to sell my sensation xl, to buy a nexus 4. I am sooo impatient ! This post was not bad meant, just for clarity.

Well i am looking at the new Nexus 4 and : ME LIKEEEEE! But LG?!?!? I don't know. I will wait a little longer to see what is going to hit the market next. I will not do the same mistake to buy something that is not supported. And of course the issues with some devices....
I love my SXL though. I will never sell it for sure. It will die among loving familly

Just wanna clarify, Does Jelly Bean work on HTC sensation XL? I have tried to install JB from CM 10. It said "Installation abort". In youtube, I only notice JB running on Sensation , not on XL.

My friend S.A.M.E.R_D. Is going to develop jellybean sense rom ... Am his tester and i give him ideas ... Pm me if you have more questions

SalimKeady, when developing JellyBean, check all files 100 times before flashing the rom, one wrong file can give BIG BRICK. Just to help you

Hello Friends There Are Many ROMS Available For OUR Sensation XL On XDA.CN
So Why We Are Not Using These Links And Providing That Wonderful Work On XDA-Developers?
I Have Used 2 Of The ROMS From XDA.Cn And 1 of Them Is Running Like A Charm..
