I was use original English of microsoft 8107 before I downgrade bootloader.
the NBH file was to abstracted from the rom 7004.
I think I can help you on downgrade bootloader.

your only option is to use Goldcard method or a Zune backup if you have one, preferrably NoDo Backup.
see the tutorial i wrote, link in signature, for futher downgrade details.
also, you will want to use O2 UK ROMs only to downgrade.

please tell me on how to jailbrek my phone?? please if possible help me out with links.. i am really new to this.. please anyone.. send me links.. or just email me...
Please help.. Please..
i think you need a 7004 OS ver. or mango beta 2
:/
It would help if you explained what you want to achieve with a jailbroken phone. If you want to sideload apps, then chevronwp7 will be out soon
Sent from my HD7 T9292 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
you need to get a OS version 7.0.7004 ROM to flash back
How do i do that.. please help me with link and details.. please..
Easiest way.
Install hspl.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1196261
Flash dft mango rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1205348
Follow directions in each thread.
That will give you an unlocked mango beta rom. Done in about 30 minutes.
i installed hspl as instructed but the rom utility manager refuses to detect my phone.. it says to connect the phone via active sync.. please help.. im so so close to installing third party apps in my phone..
installing hspl?rspl doesn't mean you will unlock your phone.you need a 7004 or 7008 rom to downgrade your 7392.then from 7004/7008 you unlock using chevronwp7 and the .cert and upgrade to nodo7392.
you can also use ansar's nodo custom rom which is unlock for your phone by then you can sideload any application.

To flash a custom rom your SPL has to be at or under 3.xxx, since yours is 1.xxx there is no need to lower your SPL. So you can install RSPL/HSPL and then flash a custom rom of your choice, it will be very easy for you.
When your in bootloader mode does it show "Serial" in the white section? If there is no "Serial" displayed in the white section of the bootloader then your device is semi/small bricked (and that would explain why Zune is not updating your device) and you will have to use the goldcard/ Y cable method to repair the BL and then continue the process to install a custom rom.
Just follow Shadows tutorial here:

Well the process is -
Downgrade the SPL to at or below 3.xxx, (which is required to install RSPL/HSPL) since your SPL is 1.16, there is no need to downgrade the SPL any further and that is the hardest part of the whole process.
Download and install RSPL/HSPL from DFT for first Gen devices. Read through the post carefully and follow the directions, to avoid any damage to your device.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16189671&postcount=1
Install the custom rom of your choice.
Follow Shadows tutorial here for step by step instructions.

These are the only the methods for downgrading SPL 5.xxx
1. Goldcard method - requires Y cable, (either purchased or home made) card reader/flash drive, goldcard tool. Card reader seems to be more successful and use a 1gb to 4gb SD card, larger SD cards will work but need to formatted to FAT32 and partitioned.
Download a Pre-NoDo, Nodo specific rom and the goldcard tool. Put the rom on the SD card and patch it with the goldcard tool. Enter the device into USB host mode and make the proper Y cable connections, the flash process will start. SPL has to be downgraded to at or below 3.xxx to install RSPL/HSPL. Once that's achieved install RSPL/HSPL and then you can flash a custom rom of your choice. Make sure it has WiFi tethering feature.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1597837
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1676794
2. Zune restore point by Zubair - If you undated your device from a Pre-Mango state then you can restore the device throught Zune. The restore won't downgrade the SPL, but the update process will when it installs Mango. The device will restart twice during the update process, once to change the SPL to 4.xxx and once to install Mango. You have immediately stop the update process after it installs Mango and before it installs the HTC Firmware update otherwise it will upgrade your SPLto 5.xxx again. From this point just follow Shadows tutorial and flash a PreNoDo/NoDo rom to downgrade the SPL to 3.xxx and then you can install RSPL/HSPL and then a custom rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1362194
3. SLSPL rom by Ansar - This is for Europe devices with a Firmware Revision Number ending in .401 and can work on TMobile devices that are SIM unlocked.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1411904
Just follow Shadows tutorial, it's step by step for downgrading SPL, flashing XSPL and installing custom roms. Has all the links for the 5.xxx and
4.xxx downgrade methods, stock/shipped rom collections and XSPL - Which is installing RSPL/HSPL.

First: you use the DFT XSPL WP7FG1 from Cotulla, since you have Bootloader version: 1.16.2250.0, like me, go on now...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1196261
Second: you install Deepshining Rom, just make sure to turn the HD7 with the Volume Down pressed to enter Bootloader Mode to install the rom.
Battery must be charged over 50% for security reasons
If you need more clarifications contact me.
DFT_HSPL_WP7FG1_INSTALL or DFT_RSPL_WP7FG1_LAUNCH.

Hi, you need the _LANUCH if you flush rarely (and works for one time); and _INSTALL if you flush it daily.
the former is a temporary loader, and the latter is a permanent one.

Help please HD7 custom rom

Hi I'm wondering if someone can help me, I've upgraded to the Nokia Lumia 920 several months ago now and am intending on giving my old phone to my Mum, I've been reading through the forum on the whole process of Bootloaders, SPL, Roms etc and its really confusing me so was hoping someone could point me in the right direction and let me know what I need to do as simple as possible.
The main intention of the custom rom is to get the WP 7.8 update and to be able to install the Nokia Drive navigation app. The phone info is;
Model: HTC HD7 T9292 - Its on O2 UK network and has always only been used on stock official firmware.
Firmware revision number: 2250.21.51101.206
Hardware revision number: 0002
Radio software version: 5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U
Radio hardware version: A.102.0.D4
Bootloader version: 5.11.2250.0(134400)
Chip SOC version: 2.2.5.0
So basically I'd like to know if its even possible to do this phone, preferably without having to get cables and stuff etc.
Thanks for any help!

The simplest answer:
NO!
Your bootloader is over version 3.XX
The only method for a downgrade + custom ROM is goldcard method.
Period!

only if the device is NOT half bricked (bootloader doesn't show USB or Serial in the white stripe), if the bootloader is OK (shows USB or Serial) you are good to go, BUT I have never tried this method.
